The service waa great. Just the bathrooms acomodations wasn't the more comfortable. We were 3 people in a 2 bed room and we have to undress in front of each other cause is not space for it before you jump in the shower.

Todo muy bien. Sobre todo los desayunos.

The water in the shower is boiling and you cannot control it.Can you imagine that!!! It takes maintenance hours to come to the room to fix aircondition that is not working.

La habitación es demasiado chiquita y el check in demasiado lento les falta actualizarse en la forma de atender a tanta gente, en otros hoteles tienen mucho más moderno el registro

El Hotel es muy bonito está muy bien ubicado el servicio es bueno un poco reducido de tamaño tanto al lobby como los cuartos pero es bastante cómodo.

Todo excelente Lo único es que la cama demasiado suave

This was my first time in MXC and this property was very accommodating. The employees were very helpful. We had the free breakfast which makes a huge difference if you’re only there for a short period and want to explore the city, without having to uber to other locations. So the first day we had breakfast out and that alone was 3 hours “wasted “ and set us behind schedule but obviously if you want to check out other places for breakfast just know the traffic in Mexico is no joke and will set your itinerary behind. So the next couple of days, it helped to have breakfast there and it was good and the staff is attentive and very helpful if you have question. The room was smoke free! Clean and bed was comfortable. We stayed on the 11 floor It was pretty quiet. The a/c was blasting and kept us cold. I didn’t get a chance to see the bar but my BF went to the gym in the morning and he said it was nice.

Estuvo bien. El personal es muy amable, pero siento que tienen muy vigilado con quien entras y con quien te vas. Si pagaste por una habitación para dos personas, con que una se registre es más que suficiente.

El servicio que me brindó Juan en el desayuno fué muy amable, además de lo rico y variado que fue
