No hacen cambio de sábanas , use la misma por 4 días , el hinodoro incómodo en mal estado , golpe a heces y cañería sucia , ruido extremo , inseguro , la puerta del balcón. La encontré sin seguro, uno de las almohadas estaba con marcas de algún fluido lucia desagradable

Loved the hotel! Room was super nice and clean. Staff was fantastic and location was AMAZING! You don’t have to go anywhere to find everything! Would highly recommend and would book here again when I’m in Tulum

Very eclectic hotel , very cool vibe. Lots of food and drinks within walking distance. Pools were great people were friendly.

La atención del personal fue muy buena. Hubo un tema de mantenimiento con mi habitación inicial y me hicieron el updgrade a otra habitación sin costo durante toda mi estancia.

The room was spotless, they provided us with towels, shampoo and coffee plus fruit in the morning (except no breakfast made by staff) you have to prepare tour own which was the only down side - also it can get a bit loud at night as the hotel is close to some restaurants/ bars. Other than that i would definitely recommend this place

Mi estancia fue increíble, tuve la fortuna de quedarme en la parte que acaban de abrir, la parte nueva con una alberca que le pegaba el sol toda la tarde! En mi cuarto tenía una alberca privada que fue muy relajante durante mi estadía. Me atendió Diego y es muy amable, fui a un tour de buceo y tenía que salir temprano y me ayudó con el desayuno antes de las horas.:. De verdad que es una gran recomendación en tulum, está muy cerca de todo caminando y con mucha vida la Veleta!

Super stylisches Hotel Nettes Personal Frühstück war auch ganz gut, gab Früchte, Jogurt, Müsli Milch Kaffee usw. Manchmal war's bisschen leider abends/Nacht da die gegenüberliegende Bar etwas lauter Musik hörte Sonst aber alles super, Empfehlung!

This is a tough one as the property has so much potential. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are amazing however the service we experienced was poor. We got put into our room, one bed had a blanket, the other didn’t, pillow cases stained on one bed. Turns out there was no hot water so we asked to be moved due to this and the noise of the bar. Diego was helpful and apologetic, so we moved rooms the next day as it was too late at night to change. The shower and noise was disappointing as we were so tired and about to travel 30 hours. Moved to the new room which was gorgeous, definitely upgraded. So thank you for that however there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. No hairdryer. So we requested this at about 6pm and I think the most inconvenient thing is we didn’t get these items until 1030pm at night and after many follow ups. It seemed like the room was half finished (newer part of the hotel) no where to hang towels, no door to close off to the outside area (only a screen door, so couldn’t completely lock the room up) I think with the right staff in place this place could be excellent. Please note: for anyone not going to Tulum to party, ask for a quiet room as this hotel sits right on top of a bar and it’s loud until 1am. The back rooms are nice and quiet.

Miguel and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working when we checked in, and it took the staff two hours to fix it. Unfortunately, it broke down a couple more times the next morning, making the first night sleepless. To make matters worse, there’s a bar across the street that blasts EDM music from 5 PM to 1 AM. If you’re hoping to get some rest during these hours, good luck. On top of that, the shower didn’t have hot water on the second day.
