What truly elevates the experience is the service. Abdo and all staff treats every guest like an honored resident, not a tourist. From the warm welcome with traditional mint tea and pastries to personalized recommendations for exploring the hidden corners of the Kasbah, their attention to detail is impeccable. They arranged transportation, offered history about the house and the neighborhood, and were always available with a genuine smile. It is the kind of hospitality that makes you feel immediately at home.

Very clean, safe property. Staff was the best I have ever stayed with. They knew it was my 40th birthday and surprised me with flowers and decorations in my room. They were so hospitable and kind. The best hotel I’ve ever been to! The breakfast and view was outstanding! :)

This hotel was a lovely stay in the Tangier Kasbah. The decoration was tasteful with beautiful pieces around the hotel. The service was good, even though we couldn’t communicate much with them. Breakfast was wonderful on their rooftop with an almost 360 degree view of the city. Very walkable throughout the Medina.

A really nice clean well laid out place. It is, unsurprisingly, in the Kasbah, so you have to walk to get to it. No elevators etc but does have ac. Don’t expect prior communication, but the staff are really sweet when you get there.
