Hôtel Ryad XXL splendide a 100 mètres de la place principale et des souks. Superbe position pour les sorties nocturnes et excursions. Merci aux réceptionnistes pour le surclassement en suite junior avec vue sur la Koutoubia. Chambre & salon & terrasses de rêve. Staff super. Breakfast buffet très bien. Piscines chauffées donc on se croit en Été au mois de Février. Roof top très sympa.
Tout était beau et magique pour notre anniversaire de mariage.
Marrakech est super ! Dépaysement assuré !

It was an awesome hotel! With character and not just the clasisc luxory hotel, this is absolutely worth visiting, could even do a week! Awesome pools (heated - downside, they close at 7 pm when they look their best) the hotels has aweosme viewd a pool table, places to sot worl and chat, restaurants and bars are awesome and not that expensive. Will definitely go back.

Fantastic hotel in the city walls, walkable to everything and felt safe. Staff were great, changed up large notes and the welcome tea/pastry was a nice touch. We were lucky and got upgraded, the room had dressing gowns and slippers, and everything you could wish for. The Indian restaurant was lovely, as was the heated rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend and stay if we came back xx

The property was tired. Extra charges to use the spa pool for guest. We did have a spa massage which was very average and the therapist weren’t really engaging. The indoor spa pool wasn’t warm enough. We did eat in the restaurant and it was average. Generally all staff were pleasant. Our room had been plastered in the bathroom and bedroom and wasn’t redecorated? An average hotel close to the square so this was convenient. We went for a winter sun break and the weather was great!

The location is PERFECT! Just at the entrance of the main medina and a few blocks from Koutoubia Mosque.
The hotel is beautiful. All the restaurants are great. The staff is great.
Registration not so great... We booked for 10 days to be paid at the end of our stay. After 3 days, we learned we needed to leave early. We gave 7 DAYS notice we were leaving 4 days early and the hotel refused to allow us to cancel those 4 days with the rationale it was high season and they didnt want to make this exception. So we ended up paying for 4 days we didn’t stay ($2,400).

Cet hotel est réellement fantastique à tous les points de vue et à 100 m de la place mythique de Marrakech et pourtant un calme absolu avec ses deux piscines et ses restaurants , ses nombreux endroits de repos .
Surtout ,je n’oublie pas le personnel de réceptions et d’acceuil extérieur
On se croit chez soi avec les services en plus.

Beautiful hotel that is steps away from the main square and souks. An oasis of luxury. I would highly recommend. We really enjoyed the spa, sky bar and pool. We enjoyed the Parisian restaurant on site.
