Riad Zazz

Staff exceptional!!! The 2 guys who were on duty attended to our needs. The room was small no problem but we were the only ones in the Riad. I had complementary upgrades but wasn’t offered. I did mention it to the staff but I’m not sure if he understood. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected but he went out of his way. It was in the Medina close to everything but down a long alleyway. I never felt threatened or unsafe, but I was with my husband.

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The rooftop was one of our favorite spots, having breakfast up there was such a nice way to start the day. The location is great and close to everything. It was a bit tricky to find at first, like many places in the Medina, but once we figured it out, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

A very comfortable Riad not far from the Medina. The day and night men, both named Lahcen, did a great job taking care of us - meeting us for the final short walk to the Riad, setting up transportation to and from the airport, answering questions, providing a good breakfast, and providing recommendations as we needed. They were both friendly and helpful.

Wasn't sure what to expect as Riad Zazz is in the Medina with it's hectic souks and alleyways. It's a good five minutes walk from being dropped off by the taxi and the internet is too intermittent for Google maps. Much of the decor is original and has a nice warmth about it. Our room was basic but clean with a comfy bed and good shower. The rooftop terrace is a great place to chill out or sunbathe. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were available 24/7 Breakfast was a simple affair with a bowl of chopped fruit, tea/coffee, crepes/pancakes with honey, jam or soft cheese The only downside is the alleyways to the Riad are a bit dark and you don't give you a feeling of security. Overall a good experience

Excellent accueil. L’équipe a été très attentionnée avec nous pendant tout le séjour. Chambre bien aménagée et très calme. Très jolie Riad avec un aménagement du toit très sympathique. On y mange très bien. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants. Fortement recommandé!

Beautiful place. In the center off everything. The people working there is so nice. Helps out with everything and are so friendly to all.

The common areas of the Riad are lovely- beautiful courtyard and terrace. Our room on the ground floor had no window and was noisy at night with guests coming and going, Hammam was not in use. Staff were friendly and helpful (although they would not swap the room for us to a quieter one with a window saying the Riad was full, despite there being other rooms available on Expedia) Good location for restaurants and the Celine spa next door was great.

The arrival was bad. No Moroccan tea offered and they asked to pay the little car to bring the luggage for 5 euros. I had to negotiate with the people and it was breaking the vibe a the arrival to be honest. The road is quite ok but the Hamman was broken and they never said that in the booking or before we arrived. The service was ok overall. Otherwise Location is amazing and the bed comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riad Zazz. LHussain is a great host, very helpful and caring. We had all information required for our stay plus our welcome Morroco tea with special tasty dessert. The place was very clean and authentic if you are looking for a great original high standards Riad then this is the place for you. It is a walking distance from most of what the centre of Marrakech offers. It has a lovely terrace where we had our delicious breakfast & spent some of our evening there too. The room was big and offered towels and toiletries too. LHussain Thanks for providing us an authentic experience at Riad Zazz.

El Riad es muy bonito y limpio, está en la Medina, en pleno zoco. Con muchos sitios que visitar y restaurantes a los cuales se puede ir a pie El personal encantador. Muy recomendable

great riad in medina close to everything

A beautiful oasis in the middle of magically bustling Marrakesh. Close to everything, and still totally quiet at night. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond at all times, and the breakfast - I barely have words. We only had a single day in the country, and still we felt we had experienced some of the local tastes from the breakfast alone. The whole place is beautifully designed with green and white tiles, matching textiles, and everything you see on the pictures. The closest I’ve been to this level of service and was on a five-star ambassadors hotel in Brussels. 10/10 would return. Thank you!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The building was charmingly rustic. An earthquake had damaged the area so there was a concerning amount of construction debris next door while I was there, but that's temporary. The adjacent spa was a delightful surprise. Make sure you take breakfast on the rooftop.

This is an excellent riad in the heart of the Medina district of Marrakech. The staff are excellent and I am looking forward to returning on my next trip to Morocco!

A wonderful stay in a super Riad and we were looked after brilliantly. Really great location.

Je recommande ce Riad !! Dès la réservation , un responsable nous a contacté sur whatsapp pour savoir à quelle heure nous arrivions sur Marrakech. Nous avons pris le taxi et quelqun nous attendais pour nous accompagner jusqu’au Riad. Dès notre arrivée nous avons étaient accueilli avec un thé à la menthe avec des petits gâteaux. Le Riad a un emplacement génial je dirais 5min à pied de la place. Il est dans une rue où il y’a pharmacie, change de monnaie et déjà un pied dans le souk ! Il a des super restaurants sur le chemin Les transat et la piscine sont très agréable, la terrasse est très bien décoré !! Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, la chambre est agréable est spacieuse. Le personnel est au top , au moindre petit problème tout est résolu rapidement. Je recommande ce Riad pour son emplacement et son personnel ! Merci encore pour tout !!
