RYAD RDATE LWALIDINE

The riad was peaceful, and for most of our stay we were actually its only guests. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The heating function of the air conditioner worked well and kept the room warm; otherwise, it would have been quite chilly at this time of year. The breakfast was sufficient. It was served outside on the rooftop terrace, so warm clothing was necessary. However, it was also beautiful to watch the sunrise and listen to the birds singing at the same time. We arranged airport transfers through the riad, both on arrival and departure, and everything worked flawlessly. The pleasant (group) trip to the Ourika Valley organized by the riad was also excellent.

Yes the room was all I expected.Had breakfast every morning,fresh oranges and as much coffee as wanted.the meal was prepared on the terrace in an open air area.walking distance to the Medena and Jewish Square

I stayed here expecting a quiet room, as the listing advertised soundproof accommodation. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My room was on the ground floor directly next to reception and the dining area, and I was repeatedly woken late at night and early in the morning by loud conversations outside my door. Even after being moved to another room, the issue remained, as the rooms are not soundproof and noise carries clearly. There were also issues with the bathrooms. The sinks are positioned under low shelves, making them awkward to use, and in the second room I was moved to, the shower drainage was poor and the bathroom flooded during use until I removed the drain cover to allow water to flow. I raised these issues during my stay, but they were not properly resolved. This significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. The riad may suit guests who are not sensitive to noise or basic room layout issues, but if you’re looking for a quiet and functional room, I would advise looking elsewhere.

En cuanto a la amabilidad de las personas fue muy buena, la verdad es que nos trataron muy bien, sin embargo la habitación que reservamos no era la de las fotografías, le comentamos a la persona pero nos dijo que era la unica que tenía con la reserva que hicimos, se veía mas sencilla de lo que estaba en las fotos, la cama era muy incómoda, como viejito el colchón, yo amanecía adolorida, no hicieron la limpieza en los días que estuvimos ahí, la luz fallaba, le pedimos la checara pero continuó con la falla hasta que otro huesped nos apoyó con el cambio de luz ya que estaba todo el tiempo parpadeando

Very accommodating staff.

We enjoyed our stay, the hostess was great and Mustafa was the best. He was extremely helpful and did everything we could ask. Breakfast was delicious and filling every day. We really all the family antiques in the ryad. It is close to a nearly unlimited amount of shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, the water was hot and the staff were welcoming - what else can you ask for!

Riad très facile d´accès et accueil et serviabilité de Mustapha irréprochables.

I stayed at this riad for a whole week and the staff member called mustafa was very helpful and kind. He made sure we felt very welcomed and attended to our needs. Mustafa went beyond his job role and physically showed us where the local restaurant are. The owner of the riad was also friendly and helpful and she made sure we felt welcomed and answered all are queries.

Very good experience, Mustafa Was wonderful. 10/10.
