Villa Rabat Pool And Tennis

The landlord himself is very nice and professional and I would happily communicate him however, we had very little dealings with the landlord. The lady looking after this property is disgraceful. I have travelled to many different countries and I have never ever been treated so badly in my life. My parents are old age pensioners and paid €1600 for this private villa. I was getting married in Morocco and asked to get married in this villa. The lady requested 10,000dhs (roughly 1000 euros) just to have the wedding there. We were organising food, tables and chairs, lights, cleaners etc. The landlord kindly accepted half of this price but the lady kept insisting on more money. I complained about the cleanliness of the property - 100% unacceptable. My husband had to translate everything as she spoke no English. He translated everything I said - for example, floors were not swept or mopped, enormous amount of dust on most of the furniture, hairs in the shower, dead fly on the couch. When my husband translated all of this, she went CRAZY. She was screaming at my husband to the point where my husband had to walk away. My father in law tried to salvage the situation and she only got worse with him. I have no idea what her problem was. We were paying customers , paid €1600 plus €500 for the wedding and we ended up doing all the cleaning. What was her problem. I have never witnessed such rude behaviour in my life and she really ruined our whole experience there.
