Hotel is certainly well used and the hygiene is not good. But staff were actually very friendly, bell hops couldn’t have been nicer. You can walk to the airport with heavy bags, WiFi is fast and restaurant downstairs is good! But rugs are absolutely disgusting. Otherwise fine for a day stay or transfer hotel.

We had an overnight in Kathmandu before flying to Bhutan. Check-in was super easy, the bed comfortable, and you can’t beat the location on the airport parking lot.
The shower was great though it took a full 5 minutes for the water to get hot.

Everything was good until register staff asked me room charge which i have already paid through expedia. I used restaurant as well, he told me bill was 8000rs blindly. I asked why? He told me including room charge.

Located right opposite arrivals, this is a great choice for ĺate night arrivals. Just walk to the hotel and climb into bed, tackle the hectic traffic tomorrow 😀

We stayed here for a short rest between our late night arrival international flight and our early morning domestic flight. The location was super convenient - you can see the hotel across the parking lot from the international arrivals terminal and it is easy to walk to. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the AC was wonderful. However, the room was far from sound proof. We heard cars honking and people talking in the hallway throughout the night.

The staff at Black Diamond were extremely helpful and so nice! The hotel has comfortable beds in very clean rooms. This hotel was fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was very attentive, but we didn’t have any hot water in the shower and the light by the door (inside the room) stayed on all night. There was no switch that controlled that light. I know how a new chick hatchling feels in the incubator now!

スタッフの方々がとても丁寧で親切でした。子連れの上、夜に到着したので、空港出口から目の前という立地がすごく助かりました。隣に手頃な値段でメニューの豊富なレストランもありました。ホテルの朝ごはんも充実していて、子供にも食べやすい内容でした。
