Avani Museum Quarter Amsterdam Hotel

Real friendly staff, had all the conveniences and very clean. Great location. Quiet but in walking distance of museums, restaurants and tram. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful decor and aesthetic throughout the hotel; from the lobby to the rooms, the breakfast area, and even the bathrooms. The rooms were super clean, and anything we needed was provided quickly and efficiently, like an iron and ironing board and extra blankets. Our party had an early flight that was delayed significantly, multiple times coming from England. We still arrived before check-in time and had originally planned to have our bags checked ahead of time at the hotel. The front desk concierge noticed we had a long journey and called up to housekeeping and asked to have rooms available for us right away, since we were tired and had a canal boat tour reservation within the hour of arriving. The staff made it happen without any hassle. We had also booked a room with panoramic window views but were actually put into a superior room instead, and didn’t realize it until our last day. When we brought it to their attention, there was no fuss or issues at all, the staff was gracious, kind, and supportive, and gave us a refund for the price difference with no questions asked. The breakfast bar was perfect! All the things you could want, and more! Plus they have a menu as well in which you can order from. I highly recommend this hotel; the location is central to the majority of museums, canal tours, and even a nearby outdoor market. Also super family friendly. Great for couple, friend etc.

Second time staying here and loved it. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Loved my room.
