Personalet var utrolig flinke og hjælpsom. Selv værelset var fint. Ikke det sidste nye, men okay. Det lægger så lige ud til en kanal, mega hyggeligt .

Having been delayed and missed a connecting flight I booked a hotel relatively near to the Airport. As it turned out I made an error as the hotel reception closes completely at 20:00 and no contact whatsoever is available with the hotel staff. I booked the hotel after 21:00. Both through the reception number or the Emergency Number left on the main door. As such I am not sure if there was an emergency what would happen. Despite a number of requests to refund my mistake the hotel has taken the decision not to refund the accommodation fee. In addition two guests staying there had some issues accessing the main door and it was apparent they had not been shown how to do so. Suffice to say should I need to stay in Amsterdam again this would not be for me and it may well be a lovely hotel however not particularly guest focussed.

Hotellet är mitt i byn och ligger vid kanalen man sitter i restaurangen ute eller inne och ser alla båtar som passerar mycket trevligt.Man kan gå lägst kanalen och besöka alla restauranger där.Det är ca 100-200meter till shopping centrum och vill man kan man ta spårvagnen till Amsterdam.

Vi kunne godt have ønsket et mere alsidigt menukort, men ellers var alt glimrende. Pragtfuld beliggenhed i hyggelig by. Vi vender gerne tilbage.

Beautiful spot and nice view from restaurant but the room was just average

It is a 400 year old hotel but you’d never know it. It was beautiful, great location and great staff.

This property was a little bit too far south of the city for tourism purposes. But it had quite a bit of charm and a beautiful view of the water or canal in the southern part just south of the city border. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurant is humongous and gorgeous and has an outside seating area that could rival just about any fine dining restaurant. My only complaint was that the doors in the hallways are so close together and the property is a little bit old and so you could hear doors slamming constantly, even though I’m sure the guest we’re not trying to slam the doors. That said, I still slept relatively well and had a very enjoyable stay. I would recommend this property to others, especially if you are a little bit heavier of a sleeper than I am. The breakfast was fine, however, I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. That threw me off a little bit because I typically start my day with coffee. I would probably rate it 4.5 stars out of five total simply because of the couple things I’ve mentioned in my review. Overall, the property is beautiful. The staff is attentive and professional. The food was good. And I only had the breakfast buffet. And there was some advantage of being away from the city simply because of a quieter environment in the little village.
