I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the check-in process was smooth. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
The only small drawback was a slight smell in the room, but it wasn’t strong enough to take away from the overall experience. Everything else more than made up for it, and I would still recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying again.

Love the location of the property, very close to the airport. Staff were super nice. Our flight got there early and they allowed us to check in for a small fee instead making us hang around till 3pm. Overall great experience would definitely recommend.

I liked that this hotel was close to the airport, affordable, clean and they offered breakfast. I did not like that the breakfast was barely edible, there was nothing to do within walking distance, there was no entertainment in the hotel and one night they ran out of the fries that went with my order and they never refunded me or tried to give me the fries. I did like that they provided a free shuttle to downtown and the beach but you had to schedule it the day before.

The hotel was nice. Solo traveler. The only downside is you would have to taxi to far places. The hotel shuttle will take you to Eagle beach and downtown shopping area. The staff was very nice!

My complaint isn’t about the hotel facilities, but about the wrong charge on my credit card and the lack of assistance with us.
Since 3rd August, I’ve been complaining by email, and the answer, after almost two weeks, was just: “Hello, let’s take care of your problem.” And nothing more.
No more answers, no solution, even after many emails sent to the hotel.
We called the Hyatt Central Help Desk, and the call ended before the problem was solved.
We are very disappointed with such a big group and the lack of care with your customers.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, and the staff were very polite. Shykyon and Sully were especially amazing—they made me feel so welcome. I’ll definitely be back to stay at the Hyatt again.
That said, there are a couple of things that could be improved. When you arrive, there’s no signage or staff at the entrance to let guests know check-in is on the third floor. I, along with others, ended up wandering around before asking someone for directions. Also, the beds were not as comfortable as expected.
