A minha estadia foi excelente! A recepcionista Nicole, nos atendeu com muita atenção, só gratidão! Um ser de luz! O meu esposo torceu o pé na rua, estávamos assustados, e ao chegarmos para fazer o checkin, ela nos passou tranquilidade, nos ajudou, ou seja nos acolheu! Me ajudou com tudo!!! O Hotel é lindo, o meu quarto cama King, super confortável! A limpeza muito bem realizada. Com certeza, quando voltar a Amsterdam ficaria novamente nesse hotel!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous avons tout effectué à pied, le centre se trouve à moins de 20 min.
Pour ce qui est de l’hôtel, il est très propre, la literie très confortable et la chambre parfaitement équipée (coffre fort, frigo, sèche cheveux). Le petit déjeuner est génial ! Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Our check-in was fantastic - we hadn't realised there wasn't step-free access to the hotel and the man on the Reception Desk on the morning of Monday 5 May 2025 was so helpful and carried all our luggage into the hotel for us, which we really appreciated.
Our room was a good size - only two hangers in the wardrobe though, and very little storage available so we lived out of our suitcase for the three days we were at the hotel.
The room could have done with better lighting.
The hotel runs a 'green' system - only cleaning every three days, unless you specifically ask. For the amount we were charged, it should have been cleaned every day without having to ask!
Great location for visiting The Holocaust Museum, Hollandsche Schouwburg and easy access to the Holocaust Memorial of Names, Jewish Museum and Portuguese Synagogue and walking to the centre of Amsterdam. The tram stop is right by the hotel too.

Just got back from a 3 night stay at this hotel, and had a lovely time! The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble and they were really friendly and helpful. They have a small shopping essentials area in the lobby where you can buy toiletries and snacks which was very helpful! Few things to note - there was a bit of mould on the windowsills, curtains and showers, so the room could do with updating, however the rest of the room was clean and well equipped. On our last night our shower drain blocked and our shower leaked out into the room and soaked the carpet, the door to the shower also did not shut which I think didn’t help. However, we notified the staff and they were very helpful and even offered to put us in another room for the night. We had breakfast one morning out of 3 and it was ok, a lot of choice for cereals and pastries but not much variety for hot food. However, the facilities and decor were very modern. The location is perfect. Not far from the centre which is easily accessed by the number 14 tram and is directly opposite the zoo which was fantastic. Overall was a pleasant stay, great value for money and would stay here again. Thank you!

Hotel is pretty modern, reception staff on checking, polite. Room was ready early but not sure if it was a superior king, we booked, room was small, with a unnecessary tatty floor lamp, that took up valuable space. Room and bathroom were dusty and a bit grubby, bathroom smelt of sewerage the whole time we were there, on our last day we came back to an unmade bed and the water or coffee had nit been replenished. Apart from the size of the room the worst part was the bed, was very uncomfortable, it was just what seemed like 2 foam mattress sofa beds put together, with a 2" topper, there was nothing to keep the beds together so they kept moving apart. The aircon didnt seem to work or be very strong, during our whole stay we had to have the window open, whereby there was only an inch gap. We would not stay againe or recommend this hotel.

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte Renovierungsarbeiten durchführen. Personal war freundlich. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, ist aber in der Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir haben ein 4er Zimmer gebucht (2 Erwachsene mit Kindern), das erste Zimmer hat uns nicht gefallen (der Haupteingang ins Zimmer führte über das „Badezimmer“, dass somit gleichzeitig als Vorzimmer fungierte. Wir haben daraufhin am Folgetag ein anderes Zimmer mit richtigem Badezimmer erhalten. Das war dann völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit.

The room was dirty and there was no air con so we were roasting. We had noisy neighbours and we complained to reception but they never got back to us. Would not stay there again purely for how dirty the room was.
