Hotel yang stategis dekat dengan pusat kota. Resepsionis yang ramah dan sangat membantu. Kamar tidur bersih. Sprei dan handuk harum. Peralatan kamar mandi lengkap dan bersih. Peralatan dapur juga lengkap. kamar yang luas dan menyenangkan. Lain kali kami pasti akan menginap lagi disini.

I'd like to thank the wonderful staff and those who always keep the rooms clean. The hotel's location is excellent, and the rooms were spacious and wonderful. There is currently construction work going on due to subway development, but it doesn't bother me at all. I plan to stay here again next time. It's reasonably priced and comes with a kitchen, so I'd recommend it to my Japanese friends. The room had a great view of the Sky Tower!

Great for a long weekend stay as there was room for me and the kids in a separate bedroom. The gym around the corner was excellent and available 24 hours. Location is perfect; we were able to walk to spark arena and to lots of shops and food outlets. Comfy beds and full kitchen facilities too.

Great property located right in the center of Auckland close to basically all amenities. My family had the 2 kings and it was amazing.

A convenient location in the CBD with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the ferry within easy walking distance. The suite was nice. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was a washer-dryer combo in the bathroom.
The listing shows this as a 4-star hotel, which doesn't correspond with my experience. There is no lobby, only a check-in desk with seating for 2 people. There is no restaurant on-site, only a separate cafe next door that's open for breakfast and lunch. The workout facility is 2 blocks away.

This hotel has a plumbing problem. We were unable to have a decent hot shower for most of our 7 day stay. We had to move rooms to another floor but still only luckwarm showers. Despite twice asking for some compensation for the lack of service and the inconvenience we have have had no response from the manager.
