There's no concierge to help you carry your luggage to go in and out of the room. There is a concierge trolley but i guess no staff helping us, we have to take the airport trolley to our floor and leave it by the door as suggested by front desk. And if the airport trolley gone, you have to get a new one and take them upstairs. It's inconvenient as the airport trolley is so bulky. And takes lots of space if you leave it by your room door. Hotel condition is great and location wise, airport is only a few steps from the front door.

Always exceptional service and easy access

Very Good and clean room. Very friendly staff and a very Good Restaurant where we had a lovely Dinner. Highly recommended

Room service food was very pedestrian. Burnt karage and soggy/cold chip. Fridge was not cold which was issue for my refridgerated medication!

Really quiet

Disappointing stay at Novotel. I’ve stayed 4 times in the last 6 months as travel for work and what is provided has diminished with every stay. First visit, coffee machine, minibar, free water bottles, and this visit nothing. Instant coffee and a water jug I can fill. Apparently now those perks are only for premium rooms. I know that I haven’t been upgraded every trip. It is just a cost cutting excuse and means I will not be back.

Nice hotel- clean, tidy and quiet in the airport. Staff are lovely.

The location is perfect, I had an early flight so I got a wake up call - great offering. Room service was amazing

Fantastic place to stay if you have an early morning flight or if you come in on a late night flight. Check and check out seamless, rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast is amazing with a huge variety catering to different dietary needs. Easy to walk across the road to the airport.

Location is super convenient. Beds were a double at best and the rooms are pretty small.

The Hotel being so close to the airport. The Meal we had at the restaurant was excellent as was our breakfast would definitely recommend this Hotel to my friends.

So handy to international terminal. Just a short walk to domestic terminal. Quiet, clean, comfy bed. Restaurant wa great. All staff friendly and helpful. Check in quick and easy! 😀

Poor service

The bed was great! But there was a fire alarm and it affected my knee as I walked down 6 flights of steps. Great staff in the front as well.

Lightning in room poor and light switches not clear and too low Toilet in very awkward position

Bathroom not clean hair around the vanity and floor and carpet not vacuumed from last guest. Sent down stairs for a fire alarm to be told false alarm and told to go back to the room then half an hour latter knock on the door to be told we have to go back down stairs. When we ask the front desk about our room she told us that we had a superior room full mini bar. Our mini bar was empty and i only ask about when the room gets cleaned. your staff need better training
