Staff are excellent. Great location with ample choices of food option. Walkable distance to newmarket station. Definitely will go back to Quest Newmarket when i am back to Auckland again!

The Receptionists are so kind that they explains everything about the hotel. I satisfied the laundry machine was in the room, so I made my clothes clean. The room condition was also good.

Aside from the price, this property ticks al the boxes. I've been there quite a few times, the staff are lovely, the rooms comfortable and clean and bars and restaurants and pretty much outside the door. A railway line runs past the hotel, this stops at night but can be heard from some of the rooms when it starts up in the morning
