Great place and location. Lovely staff, good service, a lot better organised this time with checking in after hours and car park. Lovely room, SKY TV was good. TV Remote might need new batteries and it was lagging at times.

I had an outside room ie in the area outside reception, there was constant noise from unruly people until 2am. It was a Friday night. Previous stays have been inside the hotel proper and were great

The location is the only good thing about this stay.
Property was under going painting inside. We werent told. The whole place smelt so bad of incense sticks, they are obviously trying to cover up the paint smell and the damp smell. Room was old, washing machine and dryer didn't work. Plug fittings falling off the wall. Just over all not happy with this stay

The parking when you arrive is awkward as you have to park up near the footpath.When I checked out,no was at reception so I put the keys in the drop box.I then got rung up after 45 mins after I had checked out asking when I was leaving?

My room also did not lock from the inside (which I forgot to report)

Do not order the breakfast as it will be the worst $20 you ever spend, as it is a tray of odds and ends they leave in your fridge when you book in. The bread was stale, also I don’t tend to eat potato chips (also stale) and chocolate bars for breakfast. The towels had stains and the toilet was broken, which happens, but as another room could not be supplied we ended up fixing this ourselves.
