There was an ant infestation in the shared bathrooms so I struggled as I’m terrified of bugs. The shared shower was missing a drain leaving a hole in the shower floor and not to mention the muck on the shower floor from not being cleaned very often. There was a leak in the middle of the hallway right outside my room. I went to reception to go pick up a towel and let them know that there was a leak in the room and the carpet was drenched. The guy was quite defensive about it and said it will be fixed in the morning and they already knew. There were water stains on the carpet so I think it had been there for awhile. There was a white sphere in my room and I think it was the internet model it kept making a humming noise all night. The deck door in my room couldn’t open properly it was jammed shut. Walls were very thin and could hear others talking all night, had a terrible sleep and left first thing that morning. Bed had stains on it and carpet was filthy. I would never book here again no matter what it was a really bad experience. Only good thing was the bus service to and from the airport.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed in. I booked a twin room but upgraded when we got there a we had an extra person. Had rung the night prior to upgrade but they would not do that until we were physically there. Entering room the smell of mould was strong. Upon inspection the bathroom shower had black mould in every crevice and drain. IThe smell was unbearable. There were used alcohol bottles and cans on the deck. I went and complained. The staff member gave a key to another room to swap to. Once swapped I returned the key to reception which I tripped over a hidden hole in the carpeted hallway and my friend did on a separate occasion too. New room, no mould but still a dirty shower floor, a medication pill on the floor in the bathroom, used tissue / toilet paper on the bathroom and bedroom floors. The beds looked nice and clean in each room. The uncovered duvet inner was too small for the bed. Only 2 top sheets around the duvet inner. There were no other blankets avaiable in the room. No towels or flannels in the room. Had to ask. Were only given 2 towels & 2 flannels. There were 3 of us. We flannel washed our feet, did not use shower as dirty. The curtains did not block any bright light in the carpark out, the room walls definitely not sound proof. We did not dine in resturant due to stare of rooms. Carpark in need of repair. Overall extremely disappointed 😞 Would never stay here again. Not recommended at all.

Light bulb missing staff refused to replace it, no soap in shower and hand basin, no sigar replacements for DIABETICS. I am one

After an early AM arrival, we found the bathroom to be dirty and no towels available. There is no phone to call reception and would had to go next door to see reception in the rain. Luckily we had towels with us and straight to bed, bed was comfortable. The room needs an upgrade and the shower needs replacing, more water out the door than in the shower. Convenience was the shuttle bus from airport and close to airport location

I would not recommend this accommodation. It is not worth the $$ and you will be terribly disappointed in what you get for the rate they charge! Place was very dirty, run down, and completely NOT what they advertise on their website.

It was cheaper and more comfortable than the hotel.

Absolutely filthy, mildew on bathroom flooring, grouting on shower tiles and under shower seat. Light missing in bathroom. Bedside draws rotten, falling apart . Room smelt musty. Tea/coffee facilities disgusting, 3 odd cups, no teaspoons, a few sachets thrown on a tray. I was cold, no spare blanket, no coathanger nor iron

Did not like being given a room key without access to the building. Was back and forth to office to get a tag for security door entry

Nødvendigt ophold på Bikepackertur. Vågnede midt i natten, mærkede her, dynen våd pga. af utæthed i tag/loft. Der var ikke påfyldt af shampo og sæde i bruser. Toilet rulleholder manglede. Skimmel belægninger på bruser. Generelt nedslidt udtryk på alle flader. Det skal nævnes det var billigt

Hotellet virker lidt slidt og træt. Sikkerheden og brandeftersyn er ikke tilstrækkelig updateret. Restaurant ophold, var med vild højt støj fra Emhætte, samt to højt snakkende “kokke” eller personale. Menu’n Lamme skank, hvor bouillon sauce’n overtog smagsoplevelsen.

Unfortunately, an unprofessional staff at night woke us up at about 1am, yelling to open the door, we are in the wrong room. We locked the door with a wire hanger and refused to open the door, we were so scared. He should have put the new customer in another room cause the motel had more open rooms before dealing with us…. We ended up calling 911 because we felt unsafe and uncomfortable….

This was the worst place ever. No amenities that were functional. Filthy and no trash can. Door handle was loose. They should refund us our night stsy
