Beds could be more comfortable but that’s a preference. Excellent central location and parking was handy tho slightly expensive compared to what we are used to but that’s Belfast prices not the hotels fault. Rooms were lovely and clean tho tv only had four channels which was disappointing as we had a child with us

Building works at 5 am. But that’s temporary. Apart from that, excellent service and even an early check in without booking one!

Quick check-in, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Only think we noticed was that the floors didn't seemed hoovered and was quite dirty in our room.

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable , bathroom was smelly and not clean, we took a room for three people , was enough space and beds but no towels , I would have paid extra 30 dollars for another hotel and it would have been more comfortable, but I checked the reviews and was misguided to book it , reviews were misleading

Didn’t have a room until 4.15 when check in was 3. Lots of pillows in the room but they were all rock hard. Room was clean and spacious, the guy on the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms for our family were spotless, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold items, pastries, an espresso machine, juices, etc. We were really happy with the location as well. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed, setting up a table for us one evening when we came back with takeout from a restaurant that hadn't had a table for us, and booking a taxi for us the morning we needed to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and well equipped. Knocked a star off as breakfast could be a bit haphazard. There never seemed to be enough cups or glasses and buffet items were not topped up regularly enough.
I would definitely stay there again though

Lovely stay, friendly staff and overall a well maintained property. There was a stain on the carpet in my room (it was a clean stain - if that makes sense - not anything disgusting), but took away from the overall niceness. Also the showers are disappointing. Not adjustable and low pressure.
It’s always easy to point out the flaws, the hotel in general is lovely, super comfy beds, nice and quiet, friendly staff (though reception seemed a little understaffed at times) and good value for money.

It was okay. Being from the US we are used to certain amenities. This room did not have a AC or anything to circulate air. The tv remote did not work. This was just an average stay at best. The staff were very polite and helpful.
