While it was a brief 2 night stay, we were met at front desk by 2 lovely people, check in was seamless. Room was very clean with free water and tea/coffee and biscuits.
Beds were very comfortable.
We didn't eat in the hotela as we left early both mornings.
Checkout was seamless and the reduced car park overnight rate was welcome!.
Would thoroughly recommend as were were withing the cebtre of Belfast with wasy access to shops etc.

Beds could be more comfortable but that’s a preference. Excellent central location and parking was handy tho slightly expensive compared to what we are used to but that’s Belfast prices not the hotels fault. Rooms were lovely and clean tho tv only had four channels which was disappointing as we had a child with us

Comfy beds, parking is close, no AC but I believe that’s common to not have. Fans provide were very dusty. Overall though, it was a nice stay.

Friendly staff in the reception and in breakfast.
The Hotel Bar Staff is not too friendly.
The Rooms are good but a litlle bit warmer (no Air conditioner) and the hotel should add some complementary in the bathroom (it is not to comfortable).

The hotel is very well located.
To be noted: 4-star hotel that does not provide slippers and a lot of dust in the room (kettle plate support, glass shelf in the bathroom and in the fan)

Would definitely use again, staff very friendly, excellent location. Breakfast was recommended, although there was plenty of room and nice tables, bacon and black/white pudding to hard, bacon too thick. But all good and ok, main thing they could change to help customers is, get more hot drinks machines, put one in the lobby for guests too. The big breakfast queues were made considerably worse, with people also queuing in the same queue for one beer slow coffee machine. That is an easy fix, if they want to. But would definitely use again

Quick check-in, nice rooms, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Only think we noticed was that the floors didn't seemed hoovered and was quite dirty in our room.

Beds and pillows are uncomfortable , bathroom was smelly and not clean, we took a room for three people , was enough space and beds but no towels , I would have paid extra 30 dollars for another hotel and it would have been more comfortable, but I checked the reviews and was misguided to book it , reviews were misleading

Didn’t have a room until 4.15 when check in was 3. Lots of pillows in the room but they were all rock hard. Room was clean and spacious, the guy on the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Rooms for our family were spotless, beds were very comfortable, breakfast had a huge variety of hot and cold items, pastries, an espresso machine, juices, etc. We were really happy with the location as well. Staff went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed, setting up a table for us one evening when we came back with takeout from a restaurant that hadn't had a table for us, and booking a taxi for us the morning we needed to leave. We would absolutely stay here again!
