Accomodations were great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Concierge was able to mail something for us that we could not fit in our bags too!

The services this hotel proved were excellent! Food in the restaurant was excellent and well priced! Lobby bar- drinks were wonderful but a bit understaffed. Room was perfect complete with turn down service and chocolates on our pillows

We stayed here while we were in Belfast. Modern hotel. Good size rooms and clean. Bathroom very good. Everything in rooms, air conditioning, fridge, safe, chairs and kettle.
Close to centre of Belfast about 10 minute walk and 45 minute walk to Titanic Museum.
Breakfast was good but the pastries ie croissants were very stale.
Only two water bottles in fridge.
There is only room for two cars out the front which makes it hard to unpack your car and check in. Parking the car is provided but at a cost of £20 per day.

I didn't like my room being hot and the hotel not being able to fix it and or providing fans that worked. I didn't like the manager asking to talk at checkout and not showing up.

Service was excellent as was the bar. We were there July 11 and 12 and still felt safe and the parade went right by the hotel. Hotel staff did their best to book last minute Black Taxi tour despite it being late afternoon on the 11th.

Great staff! We had problems figuring out where to park to unload luggage at check-in. The concierge came outside to help direct us. The room was very nice with good A/C. We had a drink at the bar, and the staff there was wonderful. Great location in Belfast also.

El hotel está bien ubicado. En cuanto al personal, nos encontramos en la recepción tanto con personal amable como quienes no lo fueron tanto. El conserge, Peter, muy atento.
Lo que me pareció terrible del hotel, que se supone es 5 estrellas, fue el estado de la regadera, no se si era sucio o moho en las esquinas de la ducha, pero no quise averiguarlo. Un hotel supuestamente 5 estrellas no puede tener instalaciones con estos defectos.
