Nice hotel right next to central train station and the main drag. Staff very attentive and sent someone to our room right away when we can't figure out the TV. Spacious and clean bathroom. Breakfast spread lots of choices and delicious.

The breakfast bar was outstanding!! There were so many options to choose from; eggs, bacon, all types of bread, juices, meat, fish, cheeses, nuts, yogurts, coffees, etc! To top it off they, offered VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, and ALLERGY friendly! THANK YOU!

Really bad hotel.
Room really small, old.
We dont even had a normal matress, non even an average matress.
Really expensive for not have a good matress and the barhroom got flood any time you take a shower , terrible!! I took a video of the flood!
So expensive for the comodities

Very conveniently located, right by the train station, at the beginning of the main shopping street and in front of the Opera. Very friendly staff. Modern, comfortable, with spacious public areas. Delicious breakfast. Would certainly recommend to anyone travelling to Oslo.

Påsketur til Oslo og opphold på Thon Hotel Opera. Det var et hyggelig opphold og greit rom men det er nok en del år siden det ble gitt en "facelift". Slitte gulv med mye rare merker, gardiner som til dels ikke var enkle å dra for og svært slitt møblement. To slitne lenestoler som virkelig burde vært byttet ut. Badet noe slitt og savnet litt mer ekstra som shampoo og lotion f.eks. En ting skal ha skryt og det er frokosten og frokostrestauranten. God mat og utmerket service!

Thon Hotel is so close at the oslo train station which is vey convenient for travellers, fly express train going to oslo airport is convenient and cheap than taxi . Hotel is clean good breakfast buffet
