They treated us like family, from the management to the doorman. Ms. Mahak had the chefs prepare Khicchree for my daughter when she became ill. Excellent service and delectable cuisine. Staying here is highly recommended.

Horrible experience Poor customer service If you’re brown they will treat you so bad. Question your stay and each time you are heading to your room They ask you for the room number. Noticed this was only down to brown customers not whites. Very disappointing Place is old and dirty. Things need to be replaced but they won’t do it. Food was okay

I stayed in this hotel 23 years ago it was better than. I was shocked to see the room was smelly carpet worn out same carpet when I visited 23 years ago. In the bathroom the tub/ shower area had mold and fungus. I would rate this property 3*. Only lobby area looked ok.

Very mismanaged . Family member slipped in the bathroom broke her femur bone . I did tell PC that pls move the room but PCL teams are more valuable . Never going to stay here . Worst hotel in pakistan . Only good staff was house keeping staff . Rest were just useless.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The in-house restaurants were world-class, truly deserving of 5 Michelin stars. The Dum Pukht and Bukhara restaurants, in particular, are absolute must-tries for anyone who appreciates fine cuisine. Everything from the meats to the desserts was top quality and clearly prepared with care and skill. Even the small touches made a big difference—like the taxis arranged by the hotel offering complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. I’ve traveled extensively throughout Europe and the Middle East, and I can confidently say that PC Continental ranks at the very top of my list.
