Todos son muy amables . Solo me gustaría que la salida del hotel fuera a las 12 pm como es en la mayoría de los hoteles . A las 10 ah es demasiado temprano . Incluye desayuno , pero todos los tours son las salidas entre 4 a 6 am . Es imposible aprovechar el desayuno . Me gustaría que dieran un lunch , solo dan un agua, una fruta y galletas

Very pretty hotel that was clean and well maintained. Staff were super helpful, one even helped me learn more Spanish. 🙂 They made me special scrambled eggs without jambon for breakfast because I don’t eat meat. Hotel Rojas has portable heaters for comfort. And hot water!. I had two rooms, one before the four day Inka trail and one after. The room on the second floor was spacious with a lovely opening window. The room on the first floor was more basic but coat less. Both rooms were very clean and well maintained. The hotel is close to the Plaza de Armas, restaurants and services, San Blas, and Sacsayhuaman ruins.

No geral, o hotel é bom. Bem localizado, o staff é bom e agilizado. O quarto é grande (triplo superior), com camas confortáveis e roupas de cama novas, mas falta cuidados, como cortinas caindo do trilho e tomadas caindo da parede. O banheiro é grande, mas com cheiro ruim saindo da pia. Café da manhã bom e diversificado.

Fuja que é cilada! No check-out eles cobram uma taxa de serviço em dólares de 10% do valor pago pelas diárias. Estou até o momento que escrevo esse comentário tentando ser reembolsado pela hoteis.com porque você reserva e eles não avisam dessa taxa. O Wi-Fi do hotel é péssimo mesmo que você esteja viajando só a lazer. Não possui áreas comuns agradáveis ou um local para co-working. O café da manhã é fraquíssimo. Você corre o risco de ficar no térreo de frente pro pátio onde servem o café da manhã (tive esse azar e não foi agradável). A maioria dos quartos tem janela pra dentro e são bastante claustrofóbicos. O que tem de bom é a localização excelente, o preço barato (apesar da taxa surpresa em dólares no check-out) e a limpeza porque é tudo limpinho. Não ficaria hospedado de novo.

I left a previous glowing review for this hotel 2 days ago. I loved it so much, that i cancelled my other hotel to stay here again. Wow, what a mistake. We arrived after an excursion at 8pm and the front entrance was chained shut - finally a guard arrived then checked us in, but had to keep letting other guests in so took longer than necessary (not his fault, bad staffing). Restaurant/room service was not operating- but it claimed it was online and i was counting on it. The room was 207 and it was a far, far cry from the previous room we had (312?). The bathroom was not even close to as nice as the other room, nor was the bed. Previously our room was so quiet. This one we didnt sleep at all.... the bars right outside were competing for loudest between karaoke and a discotheque. At kne point, someone was setting iff fire works right outside our bathroom window (directly over the shower). Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6 am, and they did not even have coffee ready. So disappointed- really wish i hadnt switched my hotel to come back here

Stayed at a couple different hotels in Peru and Cusco. This one is by far the quietest, prettiest and has the best shower. Breakfast in the morning, restaurant on site, and coca tea avail 24/7 are wonderful to have as well.

La cercanía a la plaza de Armas es una locura, es genial, a solo dos pasos y es ideal a todos los tours que ofrece la ciudad. Si quieren descansar un poco, no pidan habitación hacía la calle, es una zona de bares y el ruido puedo molestar, lo demás en general excelente!
