Très belle hôtel, chaleureux et avec un magnifique cachet. juste Wow. Le personnel était tellement gentil et toujours disponible. ils ont aussi de l'eau filtrer dans le hall d'entrée donc moins de bouteille d'eau à acheter :-) Rien de négatif à dire.

This was a great stay in the cuzco area. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is great, and the room was awesome. Some slight mold on the roof of the bathroom, but this was a great hotel, and I wouldnt hesitate to rebook if i were in the cuzco area

Gorgeous property, safe, water and tea always available, quiet at night (amazing). Maybe a little worn, outlets not conveniently located in the room for charging but nothing to not stay for! Wifi worked well, location is great.

The Rumi Punku is a gem, a real oasis in the middle of busy Cusco. There is a gate that is staffed by a security guard, so guests feel safe right from the start. The front desk staff were outstanding, answering questions and pointing out amenities. Tea and filtered water are available 24 hours. The breakfast offered many selections including breads, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, and eggs cooked to order. A delightful place to stay when exploring Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu.
