The staff was super friendly. We had to take the bus for Machu Picchu at 5 am before the breakfast buffet opened and they offered to make us a breakfast box (sandwich, juice, cookie, brownie).

Amazing service and communication. Location is fantastic. Breakfast is tasty. They will meet you at the train station and take your bags back to the station when you leave. They had a living room we could use with couch and restroom when we arrived hours before check in. I would give more stars if I could.

Yes.Clean facility. Environmentally conscious. They don’t give extra plastic bottles, instead have customers come down to fill up those empty bottles.Close to the town. Even they provide pickup/dropoff at train station, free of charge. Nice breakfast with beautiful view..

Nossa experiência foi otima! Ficamos no quarto 308 , grande, muito confortável e com vista linda! Todos os funcionários super prestativos e o hotel ainda disponibilizou levar nossas malas na estação de trem. Fica a uma distância que da para ir andando da estação e é na rua que pega o onibus para Machu Picchu. O cafe da manhã também foi muito bom!

The Staff was amazing. Bilingual with Spanish and English. They met us at Aguas Calientes train station upon arrival and took our bags to the hotel. Check in was at 12 noon. The hotel showers had hot water and a lot of water pressure (2nd floor), the room was clean with a TV and AC unit although not modern, as expected. Breakfast included started very early (5 or 6am). The staff were really helpful during checkout to hold our bags as we went to Machu Picchu and to bring the bags to our departing train so we would not need to carry them. Again, I cannot repeat how helpful the staff were to make the trip easy and convenient.
