We loved staying at the Yabar Hotel. One thing to remember is that it doesn’t have an elevator so you need to get your luggage upstairs if you are on the second floor. The staff was super attentive and helpful. My dad forgot his gold wedding gift and they found it and kept it for us. People are very honest and friendly.

A localização do hotel, bem na Praça Central de Cusco, é seu grande ponto forte. Ficar no coração da cidade permite fácil acesso a restaurantes, lojas e atrações históricas, além de proporcionar uma experiência imersiva na cultura local. A proximidade com pontos turísticos importantes tornam a estada ainda mais especial.
Porém, alguns aspectos poderiam ser melhorados. O café da manhã é insosso e com poucas opções, o que pode decepcionar quem gosta de começar o dia com mais variedade. O chão de madeira do quarto é barulhento, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Além disso, o chuveiro não esquenta adequadamente, tornando o banho desconfortável, especialmente considerando o clima frio de Cusco. Outro ponto negativo é o horário do checkout, que acontece muito cedo, às 10h da manhã, deixando pouco tempo para uma saída mais tranquila.
No geral, a excelente localização compensa algumas falhas, mas com pequenos ajustes o hotel poderia oferecer uma experiência muito mais confortável.

La ubicación está excelente, cerca de la plaza y de todo.
Las instalaciones neutrales, ni bien ni mal, aunque la falta de insumos fue una mala experiencia (solo se tenía 1 papel de baño, ninguno de repuesto).
El desayuno dejó mucho que desear.

A fantastic hotel right next to the Plaza de Arms. The staff are amazing and went out of their way to make our trip truly memorable.

The overall hotel is basic but (Alberto, I think is his name) working the front desk made the stay amazing. He went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay here again mainly because Alberto provided great customer service.

I made a booking for 1 night last minute as I decided to stay 1 extra night in Cusco. The location couldn't be better, just a few steps away from Plaza de Armas, but it was not facing the square so it was noy too noisy at night.
The room was spacious with a good sized bathroom. Unfortunately I could not try the breakfast as I had to check out very early to catch my flight.
The receptionists were friendly, they also booked a taxi to the airport for me.
I would stay again.

El hotel esta a media cuadra de la plaza de armas. Excelente ubicacion. El personal del hotel es muy amable. Siempre nos ayudaron en todo. Llegamos muy temprano y nos habilitaron el cuarto apesar que el check in era a las 11am. Lo recomiendo.

Ha sido una estadia increíble, la atención desde el primer momento, es buenísima, te hacen sentir cómodo en todo momento y lograr relajarte y disfrutar en todo momento.
La ubicación es perfecta, todos los tours terminan en la plaza de armas, por lo que es escencial quedarse cerca de la plaza.
Tiene todas las amenidades necesarias para disfrutar tu estadia en Cusco.

Very convenient location for day trips and walking around town. The staff was Fantastic! Mari cooked us breakfast every morning and was such a pleasure to chat with. All the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Any downtown hotel will be a bit loud due to its location, but earplugs work great! Cannot recommend enough!

This was the most amazing hotel! The staff were so nice, willing to help with recommendations, and flexible with breakfast tour hours. The only minimal downside was the lack of soundproofing. They have oxygen and cocoa leaf tea on hand for altitude sickness and other tea for reducing stress. They know the local pharmacies to go to for local medicine, best cafes, and anything else you may need. A
