Alona Vida Beach Resort

Room was exceptional, staff was incredibly accommodating, beach view is average, dirty but cleaned daily, balcony was very good and queit, away from busy beach area.

The staff are amazing! Very friendly, extremely accommodating. Steps from the beach and all the nightlife. Great experience.

Fantastic Location, Literally entrance is from the beach. Excellent Customer Service, Great choice of food options. TV was not functioning and Internet was spotty, but that's ok as I was on vacation and did not worry about it.

Aloha Vida Beach Resort has the best food at the beach, even if you're not staying here I'd suggest you eat here. I ended up booking an additional night while I was staying there and they were able to keep me in the same room. I had a deluxe room on the third floor, even though it was a couple flights up it was the only room on the floor on that side of the building, (Room 9) I told the staff I was coming for my anniversary and they made the room up with flowers and balloons. Overall the staff was amazing and tended to our every need.

I would stay at Alona Vida again. It has beach access in a quieter area of Alona Beach. The room & furnishings are outdated but the air conditioner is new & the room is clean. There was always a big balcony in my room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The pool is a small kidney bean shape and good for cooling off in but noisy when busy. There is always live music in the evening.

Excellent location. Bar plays music till 11pm. Builders on site start work at 6.45am. So bring ear plugs.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist modern und zweckmäßig. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausflüge konnten preiswert und unkompliziert an der Rezeption gebucht werden. Das Frühstück war von sehr guter Qualität und reichhaltig. Gefallen hat uns auch die direkte Strandlage.

I gave 4 out 5 for this resort. It is not convenient for elderly who has difficulty of walking to the of the entrance. It is difficult to go in and out from the resort to the main road; there is quite a walk from the drop off area. Otherwise, it will be an excellent resort for me.

Currently doing noisy renovations, would have been nice to be informed before booking. I was in a recently renovated room. Great location. Live band every night. 300m walk to hotel front down a beach path so take that into account with your luggage. Overall good place to stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and the electricity went out several times throughout our stay. Every time this happened, my husband would report the outage and they would reset the breaker. The only items plugged in and running at the time was the air conditioner and the hot water tank. It seemed to happen every single time one of us was in the shower and it was pitch black. Not an ideal or safe situation. My husband asked to speak with the manager and was told the manager was not in but the issue would be addressed the following day. No attempt to contact us was made by the manager or any other staff about this situation. The hotel itself was located on the beach. It was close to plenty of restaurants and live entertainment. The live entertainment at the hotel played until about 11:00pm nightly. If you are looking for a quiet location to stay, this is not an ideal hotel. There is also construction going on at the hotel that we were not aware of. If you plan to spend time in the pool, it is noisy. The hotel itself wasn’t dirty, but with the construction there was construction debris left in front of one of the rooms we had to walk passed. Paint cans, garbage bags, and other equipment was present until the last day of our stay. There was a guest staying at the hotel that smoked at the bottom of the stairways and discarded of his cigarette butts in the walkway. The pile of cigarette butts grew and remained in the same location for 2 days.

ルームクリーニングを頼まなくても、バスタオルやゴミ出ししてくれると思っていたのですが、4日目さすがにクリーニングを頼みました。それでもバスタオルは交換されてないのでフロントまで行って交換するよう連絡しました。ようやくスタッフが来て交換してくれましたよ
