Our 1 bedroom with loft was really big for 4 pax. It had 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, living, dining & kitchen areas. The daily buffet breakfast at Kuya J’s had a lot of choices. I will definitely book again.

As a family of 4, we stayed in Azalea for 3 days/2 nights. Checking in was smooth, staff are responsive with our needs. Breakfast buffet was OK. Our daughter got sick and cannot make it to the dining area the first morning and we requested if we can instead pack some food for her from the buffet. We appreciated that our request was granted after speaking with the dining supervisor. It rained a lot during our stay and we liked that big umbrellas are available and can be borrowed at the hotel lobby. Cons of our stay, room got some pungent odor as we entered on our arrival. We requested for air purifier and luckily it was provided the next day. Hot water from the faucets, particularly in the masters bedroom was weak/not sufficient. May need to add more lightings in the hotel room as it was very dark, giving an eerie vibe. There was a balcony but the view was a wall. Noise control at night should be implemented as we’ve been hearing people laughing and talking every night, past 10PM. There was a kitchen but it will be great if dishwashing liquid is provided. Overall our hotel stay scored 3 out of 5 rating.

Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs.

No, shops nearby. The hotel outside was gorgeous, parking was safe. The location of the hotel was sooo hard to find. There was no sign or billboard for Azalea hotel that made it hard to find it. The lstaffs were absolutely great, friendly and helpful and the lobby was very clean

The room was very cold and there is no pine scent outdoor. What I smell was diesel fumes. Not at at all what I’m expecting. The bedding’s are dingy looking kind they are overused. I’m used to having crisp white bedding in a hotels or vacation club hotels. I would never go back to Baguio.

The room itself was OK. The shower was pretty bad. The shower wall grout was growing mold, the shower head was corroded so that water only came out of a few holes. The water was lukewarm at best, the water in the room’s kitchen was not drinkable/potable. I was charged a higher price for a room that faced a wall so there was no view; however the balcony didn’t have any chairs to sit and enjoy a view so the management was aware of the situation. The staff were polite and courteous. The property looked average and the breakfast buffet was okay. But I will never book this hotel again.
