Loved it! Will book again!

location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good.

Checking was confusing, I had to go to another part of the building separated by a garage, Batnroom stinks, they sent a security guard to come and check it instead of a plumber. My guess is a plumbing or sewer leaks somewhere. Beddings has tears and notified the property. Towels are old and used so many times including the blanket.

I seldom leave reviews but this one needs attention. First AC wasn’t working then killed four cockroaches, still saw some more , bed needs to be replaced, I was itchy the whole time. Cleaning materials were inside the bathroom a little bit of an eyesore

Clean rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The host is reliable and replies on my questions right away. Malls are walking distance.

Place was spacious, clean and neat. Easy to get checked in. Appreciated having the drinking water available.

Worst place to stay. Shower dont have curtain so the water all over the place in bathroom after you shower. I asked if there’s hairdryer, but not working, rice cooker broken, then they texted me, that we broke it. You can smell the cigarette from whoever smoking outside. The place is falling apart everything is leaking. The worst place i ever stayed at. The worst thing is they texted me after we left 2 days telling me we broke the rice cooker, how is it broken when its already is? We only used once since its broken. I don’t usually do reviews but this time i have to.

The room is clean and nice . And it is located at the best part of BGC .

Yes. Cockroaches in the unit where I stayed. Crew are not friendly specially security crews. I got stack in the elevator. They need to fumigate the room.

Absolutely unacceptable. Worst stay I’ve ever booked through Expedia. I’ve been a loyal Expedia customer for nearly ten years, and this is by far the most frustrating, mismanaged, and unacceptable experience I’ve ever had. 1. Total failure by the property manager The property manager failed to inform the front desk of our arrival. Because of this negligence, we were denied access to the unit we had already paid for. Past midnight, we were moved to a different unit in another building. A unit that was filthy and crawling with cockroaches. This is not a minor oversight; this is a basic failure of hospitality. 2. No disclosure of a scheduled power shutdown There was a scheduled electricity and elevator shutdown on 11/19, with notice sent to the property manager on 11/11. We were staying on the 21st floor, yet no one informed us in advance. No warning, no courtesy message, nothing. Had we known, we would have booked elsewhere. 3. Cockroach infestation This was not a few bugs. The unit was infested, making it impossible to feel comfortable or safe. It’s shocking that a property in this condition is even listed on Expedia. Conclusion This stay was an absolute disaster. Between the negligence, lack of communication, and disgusting unit conditions, this property should not be operating let alone advertised on Expedia. This is the worst experience I’ve had in my decade of using this platform.

We needed beds for 6 people. We were given two cots, one didn't even have a mattress. There were a couple little bugs we would see that resembled small cockroaches. The biggest complaint was the pool attendant wouldn't let us use the pool because they said residents had exclusive use during Christmas Eve and Christmas, even though there were no people there. This information was not given to use before we booked our stay. We assumed we would have pool access.

The check in process is confusing

we stayed at 21J south wing, this is my 1st experience using ARBNB and its worst. The room wasnt clean, AC controller isnt available, bed and blankets are terrible as well, the host wasnt honest and failed to disclose issues until we are in the location .. I cant say any good with my experience, we chose uptown BGC expecting a good location, amenities and descent rooms but its a disaster! i will not ever recommend this location to any of my friends, its disgusting!!

The property is clean, the host is a good communicator, and responds to queries promptly. Rental rate is fair. I love the location. I just wish there are handtowels, washcloths and shampoo.

Check in takes time maybe it’s just holiday but so far so good
