Close to everything. The only complain I have is when the water was turned off on the first day. I took them a while to have it turned on.

The place is really cozzzzyyyy!!! Location wise-so convenient!!! View from the top-spectacular!!! It was an easy check in and check out! Everything goes really smoothly.

Upon check in, according to the front desk, they were not informed of the guests names. I hope that this can be further improve in the future.

This particular unit did not have a power source in the kitchen so you'll have to move the coffee pot and the microwave oven into the living room. This building is notorious for broken and slow moving elevators and elevator cabs/cars are very small. The pool is nice.

Highly advised to be aware of some cockroaches, we encountered 2 when we were staying for 2 nights. Can be quite loud due to the place being close to the mall. Highly suggest for the management to give elevator passes to guests for additional security.

The condo was not bad but it lacked some details that would have been helpful: paper towels, more toilet paper, hand towels in the kitchen and/or bathroom, the sofa bed was pretty old which was a bit uncomfortable. The point of contact was hard to reach as well so when I had questions, it took a bit of time to get a response. I understand my Western standards may be different with the lifestyle there but I believe that these details can help better rental properties like these. You can provide a space, but lacking comfort for guests can make a big impact as well.

I liked the location.
I didn't liked the property, we killed about 5 roaches, the towels are like rugs, the caulking of the shower floor has a rust color, the lighting in the kitchen area is not so bright, no extra rolls of toilet paper, when we arrived, it has two small rolls.
