It's a clean modern hotel with no complaints about the facility or staff. I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a good bed and shower at a reasonable price. This property fulfilled all requirements and then some. Despite being close to the elevator the room had enough sound insulation that it wasn't a problem including the talking of other guests. The only issue has nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of. The local tricycle drivers are charging foreigners outrageous (for the Philippines) prices for short trips. Like I can get a bus ticket to halfway across the island prices.

Tempat yang bagus untuk menginap ketika Anda ingin bersantai, berbelanja, dan menonton film karena berdekatan dengan Robinsons Mall. Juga Lingkod Pinoy ada sehingga sangat nyaman. Saya memproses Pembaruan Paspor dan ID RRC dalam satu hari. Saya suka tempat tidur ukuran raja dan kamar yang nyaman dan staf mereka sangat membantu. Saya pasti akan tinggal lagi di GoHotels Butuan.

Service by the employees was excellent , but the moisture and water in the hallway in and by our room was not good. It rained one time and we had moisture covering one wall in our room.

I always stay in this hotel whenever I arrived late in the afternoon or at night at the Butuan airport. The hotel is attached to Robinsons Mall, so it was very convenient to go shopping for groceries first and bring them to my ultimate destination,
