We stayed overnight in this hotel while waiting for our flight back to Boston the next morning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Their beds were the best I've slept in for a while and were very cozy. The location to BGC was just across the street and my family and I were able to walk to the mall, shopping stores, and had dinner at one of the nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place.

The property itself is very conveniently placed near SM Aura, Market Market and High Street BGC, and the staff do an amazing job and clean your room very timely and thoroughly. The one thing I didn’t like very much was how difficult it was for my Grab drivers to access the hotels especially during rush hour (mainly because the property is also close to the slum areas). Otherwise, my stay was fantastic!

On the 9th fl. you could here all the noises on the streets. Paid cash in advance as per their request(6 days) had to remind them to give receipt of payments. Staff are courteous and helpful. Housekeeping are always ready to cater for all our needs. Breakfast buffet sucks. Flies and very hot/warm in the lobby.

Hotel is conveniently located near several malls and transportation hub. Only downside is the traffic congestion in the area so plan to leave early if you are going to the airport

When checking out, we left our luggage at the hotel. We forgot to return our room keys and went off for an appointment. Later in the evening when we returned to the hotel the staff were so nice and didn't make any fuss about late handling in of the keys.

Everything was perfect except that they made it appear that the room wasn’t available until 2:30 pm…forcing me and approx. 40 other guests to wait at the crowded lobby for hours. If I didn’t follow-up at around 2:15 pm, they probably would have kept quiet that the room was already available. Bad business tactic !!!
