Petunjuk Umum Check-in

Corkage fee (100%) applies on the food and drinks brought inside the resort (No cook food allowed) * Free WI-FI Access in selected public areas (No In-Room Wifi) Implementing Health and Safety Precautionary Measures under New Normal: 1.Guest Arrival & Room Accommodation; a). The mandatory wearing of mask is required to all the guest staying at the resort. b). Shoes disinfectant floor mat is visible on all entry points of the hotel. c). Guest must have their body temperature checked at the hotel entrance. (Above normal temperature of 37.5 Degree Centigrade or with flu like symptoms is prohibited to enter the hotel. d). Disinfecting of hands with alcohol solutions prior to check-in is required. e). Guest is requested to fill out the health declaration form at the hotel’s Health Desk lobby counter before proceeding at the Front Desk. f). Appropriate information on Covid-19 and the hotel’s health and safety protocols and proper etiquette to reduce risk and spread of the diseases will be provided by the health desk staff prior to check -in. g). Maximum of four (4) guest is only allowed to stay or register inside the lobby. h). Physical or Social distancing of two (2) meters must be observed by all guest while waiting at the lobby to check- in. There will be floor mark on the lobby ground to serve as directional guide and for queuing purposes. i). Front Desk Agents are assisting guest with in a minimal or contactless manner including payment process. j). Rooms are for single and double occupancy only. k). Sanitation kit shall be provided for each guest as part of the room amenities. l). Separate trash bag on used PPE’s and other waste materials intended for disposal will be provided in all guest rooms. m). Health and Safety guest reminder cards are placed in every rooms. n). Complimentary coffee and tea set up and bottled water are still provided in all guest rooms. o). Mini bar items and complimentary goodies are upon guest request. Room Decontamination: p). Five (hour) air ventilation on windows will be opened on guest rooms right after check out to reduce possible air contamination. q). As part of the standard operating cleaning procedures, guest room is sanitized automatically after check out. Disinfectant solution is applied with deep cleaning all touch surfaces on furniture, fixtures, appliances, floorings and panes. r). All guest shower and bathroom amenities are completely sanitized before is room release. s). Indoor unit of air conditioner is disinfected using chemical sprays on the cooling coil, unit fact covers surfaces, blower wheel and air discharge grill. t). Disinfectant detergents in washing room soiled linens, sheets, blankets, pillow cases and towels will be soaked for at least twenty (20) minute to reduce possible viral contamination. While guest rooms linens etc. used by suspected infected person must be washed with disinfectant detergents in hot water for about 70-80 degree Celsius. u). Room amenities which are non-washable and not disposable are cleaned using antibacterial wipes or with diluted bleach disinfectant solutions. 2. Restaurant Operations Under New Normal: a). We encourage table reservations when dining in the restaurant. b). All in house and walk in guest dinning at the hotel’s restaurant is requested to wear a face mask before entering the restaurant. c.). Dining guest is requested to have their body temperature check conducted by the restaurant health representative before guest is allowed to dine. Dining guest with 37.5 degrees centigrade temperature is prohibited in entering the restaurant. d). The restaurant receptionist welcomes the dining guest and shall facilitate queueing (waiting time) by handing queueing number and thereafter usher the guest on the next available table. Additional ten (10) minutes waiting is allotted for disinfecting tables and chairs after each guest use. e). There will be two (2) table set up for party of two (2) covers and four (4) tables for the party of four (4) all in diagonal sitting arrangement to avoid face to face interaction. f). Distancing of tables and chairs in the restaurant is at one (1) meter apart on all sides. Visible floor marking will also be installed as directional guide to indicate proper table distancing. g). There will be disposable menu on top of the dining table for food and beverage orders to reduce possible virus transmission. A note pad that will limit hand contact with food servers will be provided and is placed on the table with sanitized pen and order tray where food order(s) note pad will be dropped. h). In lieu of room service, grab and go station will be available in the restaurant only for guest pick up and for room consumption. Terms and Conditions under New Normal: •Room Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso. •Room Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge. •Rooms are inclusive of complimentary breakfast. •Rooms are based on single or double occupancy. •Room rates are subject to change without prior notice. •Incidental deposit of Php 3,000 per day is required upon check -in. •Check in time is 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon. •Payment for SBMA Environmental Fee (ETAF) of Php 100.00 per room per night to be paid upon check -in. Health and Safety Precautionary Measures under the New Normal: •Guest is requested to undergo the hotel health screening protocols upon arrival. •Guest presenting with fever and flu like symptoms will be discouraged to enter the hotel premises. •Guest who is cleared during the health screening shall only be allowed to enter the hotel to check-in. •Guest is requested to fill out the health declaration form at the health desk counter lobby prior to check-in. •Guest below 21 years of age and 60 years old and above with immunodeficiency, comorbidity or other health risk factor is discouraged to check-in. •Guest is requested to adhere on all precautionary measures on health and safety protocols under the new normal.

Secara keseluruhan bagus, semua staf ramah dan membantu. Tapi makanan sangat mahal dengan porsi dan rasa dan juga dingin saat disajikan. Kami menempati 5 kamar 2 kamar yang memiliki masalah pada siram kamar mandi/toilet.
