Stylish Hotel with a great location and I mean it.
Staff is very friendly and professional, always out to help.
Clean place with modern rooms and facilities, the food was great and the prices reasonable.
There is a connected restobar right across the street that allow bringing food and drinks between them and the hotel with live entertainment, it isnon the street, but security was very effective at removing vagrants that tried to enter and harass customers.
A great place, would come again.

Had one Night in IloIlo, before go Home ... The location is perfect, several restaurants and bars, just outside hotel. SM City 15min walk from there. The staff there very Quick check in, even before 2pm with out extra fee. Room very spacious, we did get two single beds, but easy to put together. Didn’t try the pool, due to raining...

The Room was good clean quiete with window that facing the brick wall, which i do not like, the bathroom had improved slightly.
It would be nice if you can make a coffee that teaspoons is provided, just a small issue,
I must say it improved as this time they provided two hand towels as before only bath towels, so yes getting there. I might consider to go back there again.

The staff and rooms were adequate. There were some issues, mainly due to the constant thumping of noise coming from the nightclub inside. No let up until 4am every night. And we had a blocked sink which took 4 visits to repair.

The room was super noisy at MO2, we’re not able to sleep that much because of it. They should have given a disclaimer or note before anything. I’m quite disappointed in general.

I was incredibly happy with my stay! Yes the hotel is older and can use some renovations but it was clean and the staff were so nice and helpful! The live music and club were very fun but I would advise sleeping with ear plugs if you are on the poolside. You can request to be on the quiet side and they asked me when I checked in but I was fine with my ear plugs in. I also really enjoyed the large pool as it was so refreshing on a hot day. So for value and quality of staff I would highly recommend. It’s an older hotel in need of updating but the price reflects that.

Needs deep clean of rooms. I found a bug in my room that is why I had to request for room transfer. It is also noisy because of the bar MO2 bar next to it. Management should consider putting sound proof windows.

DID NOT LIKE THE RECEPTION STAFF. NEVER LOOKED UP FROM THEIR PHONES WHEN WALKING PAST. NO SMILES, NO GREETING. CHECK IN DONE WITH FEW WORDS AND EYE CONTACT. STAYED AT 8 HOTELS ON OUR HOLIDAY. GREETED AND MADE FEEL AT HOME AT 7 OF THE HOTELS. THIS HOTEL MISSED THE PASS MARK BY A LONG WAY
