Mövenpick Resort & Spa Boracay

LIKE: Beautiful beach, long white sand shore. Clean and clear water beach. Beautiful properly. Large swimming pool.very spacious room with balcony.very friendly staff, eager to assist. Provide shuttle bus to / from Dmaill. DISLIKE: Only 2 restaurants on the property, foods were not that good. No other restaurants and shop nearby.

This is a beautiful place. Staff is very friendly and cater to your needs. Rommel down at the bar was always ready to assist with what ever you need. Arnold at the restaurant was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Resort facility: A Restaurant: A Room: B Service: B You could easily find better options in S1 and S2 with a similar price range. Recommend to visitors who extremely wants to stay in S0 yet cannot afford Shangri-la

Overall it was a good stay, with a great location right on the beach. The kids club and the beach club bar was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful, probably just overwhelmed at times such as at the breakfast buffet and reception. There was a Phizer conference on at the resort which took over a fair bit of the resort and was fairly loud. I found the overall interactions with the front office not great. When we arrived it was certainly chaotic. We got to a checkin person we were told that the room when had chosen for our family of three wasn’t really suitable, and that we needed to upgrade from our twin room. I found the staff more focused on selling upgrades or the Accor club than helping up understand the resort and its facilities. Checkout was worse. We called to get our bags picked up an hour out and let them know when we needed them collected. We went to checkout as was asked to queue, which had us waiting 30mins to checkout. Frustratingly the checkout queue wasn’t monitored and people pushed or jumped the queue. After waiting 30mins we needed to go and our bags had not arrived, which meant my wife had to go back to the room to collect them. After being told I couldn’t leave without a “bag tag”, they finally checked us out which took 2 mins. I didn’t think paying for snorkeling or any board activities made sense at a 5 star resort. This property exceeded ALL MY Expectations!! But as I’m sure most of us make a reservation and hope for the best! Please feel free to make your reservation and start to relax!! You will not be disappointed!!! From check-In to check-out the hospitality was wonderful. The spa packages were perfect your masseuse’s hands literally melt into your body! My suggestion would be upon your arrival take full advantage of The Spa and the spa amenities from beginning to end!!! The Food…The Brezza Pizza is Amazing!! As were the Breakfast.

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the three resorts on station 0. Very courteous and friendly staff. Friday and Saturday night live shows. Dining options are limited, similar to Crimson. Breakfast buffet is escellent.

Unser erstes "Premium" Zimmer hatte lediglich Ausblick auf Wege im Resort, 2 von 3 Sitzgelegenheiten waren so verschmutzt dass ich sie nicht nutzen wollte. Die Bettwäsche roch nicht gerade frisch und das Zimmer braucht wirklich eine Renovierung. Wir hatten zumindest nach der ersten Nacht ein anderes Zimmer bekommen (mit Meerblick, was es laut ersten Informationen des Hotels angeblich gar nicht gibt....), es war etwas besser, zumindest sauberer. Trotzdem ziemlich heruntergekommen, die Klimaanlage draußen neben dem Balkon tropft und es stand immer Wasser daneben. Frühstück war ok, auch wenn das Obst nicht das beste war. Schokoladenstunde war ganz nett, aber überlaufen und viele Gäste haben die Zangen ignoriert und einfach mit der Hand reingegriffen und Dinge wieder zurückgelegt. Ansonsten sind die Restaurants recht teuer aber auf europäischen Geschmack ausgelegt. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfreich. Der "Privatstrand" ist ein öffentlicher Strand (steht auch so auf den Schildern am Strand), zumindest aber nicht so sehr mit Verkäufern überlaufen wie Station 1. Dafür kein weißer Sand und viele Felsen im Meer Algen teilweise verschmutzt. Kostenloses Shuttle zur D Mall war ganz praktisch, auch wenn es sehr voll war und nur selten fuhr. Alles in Allem nicht schrecklich, aber definitiv das mit Abstand schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel, in dem ich bisher war. Für den Preis sollte der Zustand des Hotels schon besser sein.

Absolutely beautiful property! Staff is superb!! Clean, updated and everything was as advertised. The location is away from the D-Mall, so if you're looking for a quiet relaxing getaway, this is the place for you. Although town is just a 10 minute, 300 peso e-trike trip away. Food and drinks are a little pricey, but good quality. Overall a terrific, well run resort for the money.

Really enjoyed my stay. Beach is amazing. Pool is amazing. Breakfast is great. Staff is super nice. SPA was very relaxing. Various options to get to the hotel. Rooms are a little bit outdated but tbh it’s perfect just to sleep and shower..:)

This is my 2nd time in Movenpick hotel in Boracay and I still have high praises with their overall services. I love the serenity of the area and the cleanliness. The Shuttle services is of so much help and convenience. All the staff, starting from reception, concierge, room service, restaurant, lifeguards and domestics are very polite, respectful and trustworthy. The staff go far and beyond with their services. My husband was surprised on his birthday for the hotel's complimentary as requested. The food were all great. I just missed the daing and taho 😊 Kudos to all the chef! In behalf of my family, I would like to thank each and everyone in Movenpick hotel and resorts for their amazing sevices. It is highly appreciated xx Christiana

Hotellet har en veldig fin strand, men er ellers er meget middelmådig hotell. Dårlig utvalg av mat, både til lunsj og middag. Treningsrommet har to tredemøller, og er ellers minimalt med andre maskiner (to stk). Solsengene kan man i utgangspunktet kun ligge på ryggen, grunnet buet solseng. Flott bassengområde. Rommene var middelmådige, og roomservice var dårlig. De glemte blant annet å ordne rommet vårt tre dager på rad.

The over all property is fantastic along with the location. The staff is superb friendly . I think we were only unlucky as the bathroom was cleaning at times along with the ac . Other than that everything was excellent .

시내와 다소 떨어져 있지만 호텔에서 셔틀버스가 다니고 있어 불편하지 않았고 조용하고 편안하며 해변이 아름답고 바닷물이 너무 맑아서 좋았습니다
