One Uptown Residence

We were really looking forward to our stay here and assumed everything was set. However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. We tried calling and messaging Marianne and Jarre multiple times through the emergency line they had provided us, but no one answered, so we had to wait in the lobby for another 1.5 hours. After several attempts, we finally got through to Marianne, who told us we were supposed to reply to an email with copies of our IDs, which we had never received, even upon double-checking our email inboxes. She had sent one email some weeks prior that the front desk had received that listed only one member of our group followed by “+4 guests”, but the front desk stated it was insufficient and that we still could not enter the property unless our host provided all of our names. After messaging her all of our names, Marianne then forwarded it to the front desk, who finally permitted initiation of our check-in process, approximately 2 hours after arriving to the property. The unit itself was comfortable with strong AC and a second toilet. However, only 2 pairs of slippers were provided for 5 guests, and there were no hand towels or paper towels, just 5 bath towels in total, so we had to buy our own. While the space was decent, the check-in process was stressful and disorganized. We would not stay here again.

The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. There were 2 issues I had, 1) the TV, which I didn't use and 2) the AC, it started to leak so I had to turn it off and use the unit in the bedroom. Other than that, I had a great stay.

I had explained to the property host that I was traveling with my elderly father and was assured that there was enough room for 4 people. There was only 1 bed and 1 small sofa - no extra blankets, sheets or pillows. After check in, I was told there was an extra charge for a futon. Also, we arrived late at night and there was no drinking water in the unit.

Overall a nice place but we did not like the lack of communication between the host and hotel management. It took about an hour to actually check in and 2 days to get a keycard for the elevator access.

We love how close this hotel to the main town. The of the restaurants and stores are walking distance from them. They serve good breakfast as well.

Central Uptown location. My condo had a separate bedroom which was nice.

Great location, very clean unit. Just a bit of a hassle during check in due to lack of communication by owner to lobby reception for room assignment; waited for quite a bit of time (could be annoying if you’re tired after a long travel) until it was sorted out. After that snafu, it was a very good stay.

Just an amazing location. Its in the best area if youvaare a foodie!

BGC地区のタワーマンションで、快適に過ごせました 目の前に三越・1本東にもショッピングモールがあり、食事に困ることはありません 民泊ですから、チェックインに関しては事前にオーナーとメールでやり取りをします 鍵の受け取り等、適切な指示がありましたので、困ることはありませんでした 45階建てのコンドミニアムで35階の部屋でした 西面でしたので、部屋から夕陽も綺麗に見えて、とても良かったです

The property was great overall; the only problem was the door knob, which was challenging to lock and unlock. Despite this, the host promptly responded and provided a solution for dealing with it. I suggested they address this issue for the convenience of future guests.

The accommodation was clean and conveniently located near major establishments and public transport. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. While the shower lacked heated water, everything else went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Location is great. The property’s laundry area requires cleaning/maintenance. It smells really bad. Kept the laundry doors closed all throughout our stay but we can still smell it.

One word. EXCELLENT! Literally everything about our stay here was exceptional. Can’t wait to book again!

Conveniently located close to the malls and centers. The only thing is that the vibration coming from the noise from the clamp on the floor kept us up all night. Security is pretty annoying and gives time limit for visitors coming in and out of the unit as if they are visiting a jail person that only has few minutes of encounter allowed. Otherwise it’s ok condo. Nothing really special and pretty basic amenities.

Poor check-in, not between the host. BUT THE BUILDING's front desk personnels. Elevator's doors are bad. The UNIT had a foul smell for few hours...I don't know maybe we get immuned after.

Overall if i didnt have any encounter with the host, i would have given 5 stars for the accomodation. But as the apartments are owned by different people ( my first ever experience with this type of accomodation at Expdeia). Exhausted after 8 hour flight we reached the Uptown Residence. Told the reception we are checking in and to be advised that they DO NOT have any information about our check in. I was horrified. I then tried to phone the number provided on Expedia but the number was unreachable. I then sent message via Expedia and finally got hold of the host who hadnt advised the reception of our arrivial. And its not that we were checking in early or anything. We were checking in late and yet the communication was poor. To anyone using this accomodation as amazing as this is, please reach out to the host by messaging them to ensure they have advised the reception about guest arrivial.

Clean and lots of places to go shopping

I didnt appreciate the restrictions and requirements from this BnB. Theres less rules from a Hotel
