Sangat bagus! Semua staf sangat ramah dalam memberikan layanan. Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami menginap di hotel bintang lima dan pengalamannya sangat menyenangkan. Mereka menjelaskan semuanya kepada kami dan memberi kami sedikit orientasi kamar. Pasti akan memesan lagi.

Staff was attentive, kind, and with friendly gestures. We love our room as we enjoyed watching the New Year fireworks. We were located at the far end of the floor , quiet and comfortable to catch up with our sleeps. It was the most relaxing and recharging sleep we got. The hotel staff never fail us by providing our requests, so memorable with small cake in the room, toiletries, and filled fridge whenever we need drinks. I hope on our next stay the pool is already up and running after its construction. I hope they have changing buffet menu everyday. If you stay more than 2 days you will get same food at Feria buffet.

The hotel was clean and quiet, and the shower water pressure was excellent. I didn’t see a single trace of mold, which I really appreciated. Rideshare services and taxis were easily accessible since the hotel is right next to the mall, and you can also request a taxi directly at the front desk. The pool was under renovation during my stay, but overall, it was still a great experience. All in all, I would definitely stay here again if given the chance.

We enjoyed our stay. No complaints. We befriended and fed a little stray cat who was pregnant and hanging around the entrance area during our stay. We request that the hotel adopt and care for this sweet little cat and her kittens and get them all spayed and neutered after her litter comes. I’m sure that you could easily collect enough donations from the guests to support this and everyone would feel better knowing that this little girl was being taken care of. Thank you.

I was pleased to get an upgrade to a beautiful, big room for my four-night stay; however, the worst possible experience is turning on the bathroom light and seeing a giant cockroach crawling on the floor. It happened to me. I complained the following morning, and management sent pest control and even an engineer to seal some "holes," and I was promised it would not happen again, but it happened on the following night when I also woke up to find a dead one on the floor of the bathroom.
