Sangat bagus! Semua staf sangat ramah dalam memberikan layanan. Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami menginap di hotel bintang lima dan pengalamannya sangat menyenangkan. Mereka menjelaskan semuanya kepada kami dan memberi kami sedikit orientasi kamar. Pasti akan memesan lagi.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Cebu, conveniently located across from SM City Cebu. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and professional throughout my stay. Although the swimming pool was unavailable due to ongoing renovations, the hotel informed guests in advance, which I appreciated. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of dishes with plenty of choices. However, I was disappointed with the Cebu chorizo, as it lacked the flavor I was expecting. One area that needs improvement is the bathroom. The water in the toilet bowl had a brownish tint, which was concerning and affected the overall impression of cleanliness. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel for its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and quality service. I hope the pool renovations are completed soon and that the bathroom issue is addressed.

The hotel is very nice but for the 3rd time in our last 4 stays here the pool is out of service. Also, when we booked the room for my wife and son, the breakfast was apparently only added for my wife and I and we had to spend an additional $12 per day for my 7 yo son to eat breakfast. Next time we will not get the breakfast as it is not as good as in the past. Overall, we would book again but make sure the pool is in service.

We needed a place to stay close to the pier to catch a morning ferry. The room very spacious and clean. Concierge staff was very helpful. The SM City Mall is a few steps away making the location very convenient for dining and shopping options.
