The hotel has a beautiful reception, w/ cafe & modern rentable Hall. The staff is friendly & helpful.
The rooms are in back, at ground level, not so modern, but clean. Walking distance to beach promenade & restaurant.

There was a free parking, near the airport, the restaurant has variety of delicious foods and drinks to choose from, the staff are very attentive and helpful, the room was kept clean and tidy, all requests were granted quickly or asap, there a generator standby so no brownouts, the aircon was working well, shower has hot water but water flow is very slow… over all I rate the hotel 10 out of 10, excellent.

Secara keseluruhan itu adalah pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di Season's Hotel, suasana santai dan tenang. Kebersihan luar biasa. Makanan (masakan Cina) sangat baik, otentik dengan rasanya. Lebih dari yang saya harapkan untuk tarif kamar 1K + (dengan sarapan untuk 2 orang). Ada ruang untuk perbaikan dari staf kantor depan. Kami mengalami beberapa miskomunikasi dari mereka ketika kami seharusnya memesan perjalanan ke pulau. Itu sebabnya kami hanya melakukannya sendiri (DIY). Maka itu menyinggung bahwa ketika kami kembali di hotel malam itu hampir setiap staf bertanya apakah kami memesan Banca untuk perjalanan kami. Sangat menjengkelkan yang membuat saya berpikir "mengapa semua orang bertanya apakah kami menyewa Banca untuk perjalanan kami?" Kemudian saya harus bertanya kepada kasir sarkastik Ms Cyrah atau Ziara mengapa semua orang meminta Banca tidak bertanya bagaimana perjalanan kami, kemudian dia mengatakan kepada saya bahwa ada komisi 500pesos dari Bankero. Serius ?! Aku seperti "duh! Apakah kamu harus mengatakan itu di wajahku?" Itulah satu-satunya keluhan yang akan saya berikan. Sisanya sangat bagus ... kredit ekstra untuk staf yang sangat akomodatif dan ramah seperti Ms. Kath, Ms. Lolit, Kuya Theo (sopir van), dan kepada orang yang membuat kamar kami, saya tidak mendapatkan namanya; Salam untuk kalian!
