Tempat bersih dan staf bagus. Sederhana tapi lezat sarapan. 7-11 adalah sebelah. Di seberang Greenbelt 5. Sangat nyaman. Akan buku lagi lain kali.

The rooms were ok, could be better. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom shower and around the sink. Attention to cleanliness would help. Outside of that it was fine.

Elevators fast and not much time spent waiting. Check in was smooth. Got my room an hour before official check in. Friendly staff all over. Hotel and room was clean, but the bathroom could need a good thorough cleaning and removal of mold. Shower temperature a bit fluctuating, and not high water pressure. A/C quite noisy. Located perfectly near malls. OK amenities (toothbrush, soap, shampoo, slippers). Safe and a small fridge in the room is nice to have.
Luggage weighing scale in the reception is a nice touch.

This is my favourite place to stay when I’m in Manila. Location is excellent. Across the street is Greenbelt, walking distance to Landmark, Glorietta and other shopping stores. Lots of great restaurants in the area. Hotel staff and security guards are very nice and friendly. Breakfast is on the second floor and food is delicious and staff are so nice. Great place to stay in Makati. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Sijainti Greenbelt mallin vieressä on ihan mahtava! Huone ei ollut huippukuntoinen, mutta se oli siisti ja siivous oli kiitettävää. Tallelokero huoneessa oli hyvä. Hotellin ravintola oli hyvä ja edullinen. Miinusta annan siitä, että Ilmastointilaite piti meteliä ja suihkusta tuli aika usein vain kymää vettä. Kaikkiaan olimme tyttären kanssa kuitenkin hyvin tyytyväisiä tähän hotelliin ja mielestämme hotellin hinta oli kohdillaan.

If you arw looking for modern looking hotel, this is not for you. But if cleanliness is your priority and don’t mind a dated look, then consider this.

We enjoyed our stay in The Charter House, the staff were friendly, the hotel was clean and the family room was spacious. The hotel is close to Greenbelt 5 and to other shopping malls like Landmark, Glorietta and SM. Special thanks to their acting manager Lou for fixing the issue with the airport shuttle service that we rented that didn’t come, she provided us with another transportation on our last day in Philippines.

Zur Zeit wird ein kompletter Greenbelt Teil komplett abgerissen und auch das linke Haus vom Hotel. Es wird im Hotel davon unterrichtet, dass es eventuell etwas lauter sein könnte. Mit dem Abriss vom Greenbelt und das Nebenhaus ist der Krach wie auch der Dreck nicht unerheblich. Ferner ist eine Klimaanlage "defekt" und extrem laut, wie auch die Matratze gewechselt werden sollte. Wie immer positiv ist natürlich das Personal wie auch, ohne derzeitige Baustelle, zu erwähnen.

The sink was clogged, the room smelled bad, but the staff were excellent and the restaurant food were good. Convenient location though, greenbelt’s just accross, bank was just steps away, hair salon and laundry were just steps away as well.

The minuet we walked in the door , the security guards were pleasant and so were the reception staff were brilliant. the reception area was nice and clean and there where lots of seating. going to the room in the lift very clean, thew room was nice and well made up. Going for breakfast everyday was a pleasure made all the more enjoyable by the friendly staff, we really enjoyed our self and would recoment to anybody to stay there.
