Great hotel especially children area. Outside of city but still so accessible! Wouldn’t mind using this hotel again.

Too far from everything and food optuon is not great at all for a hilton hotel

Away from the main city so needed my own transformation to get around. Also the shower rubber needs to be replaced as the water leakers onto the floor. Overall a good and comfortable stay.

Świetny hotel. Przemiła obsługa, bardzo ładne pokoje duże i gustownie urządzone Ładnie pachnące kosmetyki. Pyszne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie. Fajny basen. Jedyny minus to bardzo twarde materace ale to już kwestia gustu. Niektórzy lubią twarde inni miękkie wszystkim nie dogodzisz. Bardzo polecam.

I had a second time family stay at the double tree Hilton Hotel, and it’s great! The place has a solid four-star vibe, with a lot to like. Check-in was smooth, and the staff girls was very friendly, and ready to help with a smile. Very polite The rooms on third floor are spacious (for two), clean, and comfy, with a nice view of the city, especially in the evening- you can see skyscrapers lights - kids were surprised. The bed was cozy. The bathroom was spotless, with a modern shower and fluffy towels. The good swimming pool was a highlight—big, clean, and perfect for a relaxing dip after a long day. They’ve got a decent gym too. The hotel restaurant served moderate breakfast, menu could use a bit more variety of options, so no complaints. Parking was a breeze, with a large parking lot that made it easy to come and go. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants, which was a big plus if you love to drive.

The beds in this location were so hard it was difficult to sleep. Staff at the front desk were exceptional but main dining room staff were rude and service was terrible. The staff at the bar were very welcoming and accommodating.

I really enjoyed my stay and the staff was incredibly sweet. Martha at the front desk is a gem!

Very good hotel

Nice hotel in every way but we thought it was 2.3 km from the centre, not 12.3 km. Then we thought breakfast was included when it was not. It would be great if they would arrange with better communication by bus or train to the city.

A piscina não tem água aquecida, se tiver interesse nisso melhor escolher outra opção. A não ser que pague um spa por fora aí terá uma banheira que também não é está aquecida como fazem os demais hotéis em outros países 25 que passei em um ano. O restaurante não informa os serviços e cobra taxas não informadas no cardápio, questionei o fui bem mal tratado, por ser de fora davam risada da minha cara o que não foi nada profissional. Eu e minha família já nos hospedamos em outros Hilton e este infelizmente deixou a desejar, funcionários não querendo trabalhar cara fechada, sem resposta de um bom dia, devido a estes fatores não indico.

Herlig opphold på fint og rent hotell. God frokost. Eneste minuset var at dusjhodet på en av 2 dusjer ga litt vel mye spredning. Ellers veldig fornøyd og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal bei der Hauptrezeption und im SPA, man muss alle Informationen aus der Nase rausziehen bzgl SPA und Frühstück. Im Zimmer sehr kalt, Heizung im Bad funktioniert nicht, Föhn voller staub, in der Dusche wechselt das Wasser beim duschen alle 30 Sekunden die Temperatur. Frühstück sehr enttäuschend - pancakes, waffeln, Röstkartoffeln - alles aus der Packung, Schinken eindeutig nicht mehr gut. Für 5 extra saunen muss man extra bezahlen, wo der Bereich so klein ist, dass bei 20 Leuten schon alle Liegen voll sind Massage und Kosmetik OK

I stayed many times in this hotel, this time was after a long break. And my impression is that the hotel is getting old. So many things were broken in my room: refrigerator, window, shower.

I like this hotel, used to go often for spa and swimming pool, occasionaly stay in the hotel. however this time the stay was a little bit dissapointing as there was a huge conference and there was no place in the restaurant to eat ( we ate in the bar in the lobby). very crowded. staff was helpful to organize us the breakfast delivered to the room. generally I like staying in this hotel
