Hilton Warsaw City

Excellent property, friendly staff, amazing breakfast options. The gym facility is world class, and the spa is reasonably priced. Great location and within walking distance of fine restaurants, and the main train station is a 15-20 minute walk. I will definitely rebook on my next trip to Warsaw.

Great view . Clean rooms . Great location in central Warsaw. Much better than Hotel Sobieski we went to the day before. Underground hotel little pricey.

I had a mostly excellent stay at the hotel. The breakfast was superb – great variety, fresh ingredients, and the staff there were consistently warm and attentive. The Pistachio Bar also stood out with its excellent service and relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight of the hotel. The Room Turnover (cleaning service) was top-notch. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and well-stocked throughout the stay. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The reception staff could be more attentive and welcoming. Compared to the rest of the team, the front desk service felt a bit cold and impersonal, which was disappointing considering it’s the first point of contact for guests. A major downside was the swimming pool maintenance. There were recurring issues during my stay – either it was closed or not properly maintained, which was frustrating and disappointing. Also, it would be helpful if the hotel provided clearer information about the gym policy. I was surprised to learn that children and teenagers are not allowed to use the gym during the week, which wasn’t mentioned at booking. It caused some confusion and limited our plans. Overall, the hotel has a lot going for it – great food, excellent cleaning staff, and some standout amenities – but attention is needed in reception, pool maintenance, and clearer guest information regarding facilities.

Very clean and comfortable great breakfast with to go cups for a coffee.

It took them over two hours after check in time to prepare my room. All that time I was waiting in the lobby, no information, no apology I had to keep checking myself if there are any updates. The swimming pool was closed and there was no info about that while I was booking the stay (swimming pool was the main reason I've chosen this hotel). I was offered membership in Hilton Honors with someone else details in the email. And a an absolute cherry on top there was a smelly bathroom. Absolute trainwreck.

Really Loved it in any aspect

Hotellet var godt. Det var lidt slidt. Bl.a. mange pletter på gulvtæppet. Der er begrænsninger på hvornår børn under 15 år må bruge poolen. Dette var vi ikke klar over. Gode senge. Morgenmad var godt.

Great hotel -we really enjoyed staying there. Very walkable. Running/biking trail is close. The best ever breakfast with variety of options and preferences. Would stay there again.

Trevlig personal. Bra mat. Bra städat. Hotellet är inte nytt och det märks. Lite slitet. Vid vår vistelse så var samtliga ismaskiner trasiga. Gym och spa tillhör inte hotellet utan man samarbetar med ett lokalt gym vilket försämrar upplevelsen. Det finns inga möjligheter att ladda el fordon i hotellets garage. Parkeringsavgiften var också mycket hög.

Om du booker hotellet pga basseng så er det bortkastet penger. Barn kan kun komme inn enkelte dager/ klokkeslett og selv da er de egentlig ikke velkommen.

All good, very nice staff and good location. Breakfast was good with some unexpected additions. Room was good but will shortly be needing an update. Once again, wonderful staff!
