Exceptional hotel with outstanding service and staff on hand. The Hotel is in the perfect location for walking to the Old Town area with numerous restaurants, shops, and sightseeing spots close by. The room was very spacious and clean and well stocked with amenities. This Hotel would definitely be my first choice for any future visits to Warsaw. Highly recommended.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, it never disappoints, the spa is a welcome treat, the breakfast is divine and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Great hotel but be aware that they close the street in front of the hotel every Friday evening through Monday morning making it impossible to get a car/taxi to come near the hotel. Definitely a problem if you have any challenges with mobility. Also the hotel shuttle is insanely expensive compared to uber rates, so use uber/bolt when possible.
