Venetian House Market Square Aparthotel

All the receptionist staff whether woman or man in the Venetian House Aparthotel is wonderful, cheerful,willing to help & very responsive. Thumbs up for all the receptionist. One receptionist & he's a man also (I forgot the name) offered to help me do my laundry. I'm really appreciated. The only few & small issues which I believe the Venetian House is able to resolve are: 1. The Wifi is only work strongly at the main bedroom for my unit no.11 2. The floor of our unit when we check in wasn't cleaned & mopped properly which end up a lot of dust in our feet. But the 2nd day after house keeping cleaned our unit it's cleaner. I hope Venetian House may have a check for dust & cleanliness of the unit before each new customer check in. 3. It's because our family used to sleep with as dark as possible, we felt the black out in the main bed room especially the ceiling black out didn't cover the window entirely so in the morning especially in summer when the sun rise quite early in the morning & it's quite bright in the morning although we've covered all black out in the room. But for our children which slept at the sofa in the living room, the black out is good coverage. As both the main bedroom & living room has an air conditioning, we hardly get to hear the sound from the church's bell as mentioned by other travelers. Over all our stay was a pleasant & enjoyable. The location is really central & it's really in the middle of the Old Town Square.

God beliggenhed med fantastisk udsigt. Meget venlig modtagelse og hjælpsom betjening, Alt rent, pænt og vedligeholdt. Ved længere ophold rengøres hver anden dag. Kan varmt anbefales.

Amazing location, rooms were clean and tidy. Mini kitchen with a fridge which was put to great use. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room overlooked the square. It was delightful! Music every night but it end 10-12 depending on week night/weekend. The windows are designed in a way the noise did not bother us at all. Ver convenient location. Nice view. We’d stay here again and would love the same room!

First time I stayed at a hotel without having anything “negative” to say. Nice room, nice location, restaurant in the building, the hotel staff was so sweet and helpful! Nice bed with more than one pillow each! Everything was just very nice.

The location was so fabulous! The room was wonderful it looked out on the market square and it was loud but we had teenagers so we were up anyways. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very clean and spacious suite. We tried to check in early and we’re hoping for a call from the staff but the room was not ready until 3. Otherwise all was great!

Our stay was very good at Venetian hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble and would recommend a stay there 😎
