This hotel was such a lovely stay as we headed back out of the country from walking the Camino. The manager and staff were so kind and helpful. It was definitely one of our favorite stays.

The hotel has great employees that take care of you. The place was very clean and the breakfast was amazing. I was very happy staying there, and recommend it. Big bonus is the free shuttle to & from the airport!👍

Great modern hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly. But the shuttle to the city center is not available but it’s only a few minutes walk to the metro station and very close to downtown. Thank you!

Hotel is located out of the center of the town which we liked. They had a free shuttle to the center of town when available. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Greeted us at the door, checked us in and then walked us to our room. The only think I can complain about is the WiFi was spotty; we were on the 4th floor and depending on where you stood in the room determined if you got a signal.

Very nice hotel with excellent staff. Very clean and good air conditioning. Convenient off centre location with Metro, supermarket and restaurant/cafes nearby. Breakfast mostly nice although ‘hot food’ was relatively cool. Also, the one evening meal we had at hotel restaurant was mediocre. Would definitely stay here again though.

As a former GM and owner of a hotel, and one who stays in hotels (40 nights a year) I know hotels. Jaguar hotel was about as good as one good hope for. The communicated well before arrival. Shuttle from the airport was excellent. I had breakfast each morning and dinner both nights. Food and service was top tier. I enjoyed talking to the staff. Caroline, Marta, Fernando and the nice lady who was in charge of the breakfast. All were delightful and helpful. The room was so well thought out with so many extra touches. A first class property. I really can not say enough lovely things about my stay. Well done.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room for a single traveller was excellent: shower, facilities in the room and overall ambience. It was a little way out of the main area but only took around 15 minutes to walk to the market and shopping area and then a little more to the sights. Metro was only a few minutes away if you wanted to use it.

Ein super schönes Hotel mit durchgängig sehr freundlichem Personal. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es für das Personal, das hier arbeitet, mehr als nur ein job ist. Vielen Dank an alle:) Tolle und super Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Egal was - es wird einem immer geholfen. Total schön war unter anderm der Obstteller auf dem Zimmer nebst Keksen und der Willkommensportwein. Ich durfte sogar schon früh am Vormittag aufs Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt nicht im trubeligen Zentrum, und es ist daher ziemlich ruhig. Mit der nahe liegenden Metro ist man aber in kürzester Zeit mitten drin. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung - vielenDank für alles:)

Good size room and bathroom with comfy bed. Spotlessly clean, great selection of toiletries. Towels smelt fresh and dressing gown was much appreciated as were the welcome snacks. Friendly and helpful staff. My flight was too early to use the free shuttle but it was great they offered that service. Quite far out of town but was fine for me as I was just using it for the night before an early flight

Ein super schönes Hotel mit durchgängig sehr freundlichem Personal. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es für das Personal, das hier arbeitet, mehr als nur ein job ist. Vielen Dank an alle:) Tolle und super Tipps für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Egal was - es wird einem immer geholfen. Total schön war unter anderm der Obstteller auf dem Zimmer nebst Keksen und der Willkommensportwein. Ich durfte sogar schon früh am Vormittag aufs Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt nicht im trubeligen Zentrum, und es ist daher ziemlich ruhig. Mit der nahe liegenden Metro ist man aber in kürzester Zeit mitten drin. Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und uneingeschränkte Empfehlung - vielenDank für alles:)

Everybody was so friendly and I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and beautiful the hotel itself was. It was charming and quaint. Perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I’ll definitely be back.
