Personnels très aimable, rapidité d'exécution des formalités, aide en cas de service.
Salon en bas très calme, joli cadre, bar mignon.
Situé très proche centre commercial "Campo pèquenot" et métro , et prix compétitif.

Es una opción cómoda para quien sepa manejarse por Lisboa, como es mi caso. La zona es tranquila, dispone de un garaje aunque hay que hacer complicadas maniobras para entrar y salir. Para mí es ideal porque me muevo en coche en la ciudad y desde el Berna se puede llegar relativamente bien a todas parte. El personal es muy agradable

The Hotels Name "Hotel VIP Inn Berna" is misguiding. Nothing VIP here.
Friendly staff, but I must say that there is a lack of charme and warm feeling.
I have written twice to that hotel regarding a question we had. No answer.
The breakfast buffet is fine, but for the love of sausagges, please don't use canned mini sausagges. They taste horrible.
The room and the rest of the Hotel was clean. Very nice.

I got so sick with influenza virus and couldn’t travel but the hotel staff were so careless that they didn’t even bother to listen and give some sort of refund . All 10 days the room was not occupied( I’m not even sure) and for several days the front desk couldn’t find the management!

Short distance and bus stop going to alfama, there are walking distance descent restaurant. Not much amenities within the hotel. We can hear the conversation in the next room. I guess they're under renovation but overall our basic needs are met!

Para quem gosta de banho de imersão a banheira enche e esvazia rapidamente. Água quente! O quarto é espaçoso a tv é a cabo, tem água 1l. A cama é confortável assim como os travesseiros. Limpeza bem feita, o hotel é antigo então tem carpete, eu gosto mas há quem seja alérgico… o melhor é poder fazer o checkin tao cedo e checkout só as 12h… só que de manhã hóspedes e empregadas fazem barulho …

I was stuck in a bind and was able to get into this hotel very quickly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and tried their best to accommodate you. The rooms were very clean right down to the nice deep soaking tub. Very hot water that's a plus for me. Everything is within minutes of a car or walk. Quiet and the breakfast was only 9 euros. And they had a lot to choose from.
