Great location for where I needed to be -convention centre. Clean, comfy beds. There was only one negative but this was a huge deal for me. Every creak in the building could be heard. By 6.30 am, I could hear all the doors banging, floorboards above my room…, just could not sleep in. May be better if you’re in the top floor. It’s a lovely old building but the floors need to be fixed.

This place was great and clean! Although we were there for a short time, it was nice.

Good location. The room is clean and has the essential amenities (clean towels, shampoo, soap, bottled water). There is no daily room cleaning service though (which is ok). It would be better if there is an in-house/in-building trash disposal area where residents can take trash/recyclables to and also extra trash bags in-suite. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

Il residence non è male ma l'arredamento della stanza è davvero molto vecchio e si sente un insistente odore di umidità.

Mai visto nessuno del personale. Mezz'ora per riuscire ad entrare in camera. La chiave era in un cofanetto con codice per aprirlo ma non si apriva, dopo svariati tentativi mi hanno dato un altra stanza. Non è mai venuto nessuno a a cambiare un asciugamano o a svuotare il cestino. Fermata linee bus davanti alla struttura

Terrible experience.

The hotel is far from anything touristy in the city. There were a couple of restaurants within walking distance but they clearly are not used to non-Portuguese customers. The room itself was nice. It was nice to have a separate sitting area. The bed in the bedroom was rock hard. After the first night I slept on the couch. After the second night we moved to a different hotel for the remainder of the trip.

Will not recommend this property. The sink was clogged since the first day and it took management 3 days to fix it which made the toilet facilities unhygienic and increased health risk (one of my friends actually got sick). Wifi was available but we were barely able to connect to it or get good internet speed so we had to rely on mobile data throughout. The room was incredibly dusty which triggered my asthma several times. It obviously isn’t cleaned regularly throughly and has old carpets and curtains. The description also said the iron will be provided but it wasn’t provided until after 3 days. Location of the hotel was good as it was close to bus stop which provided easy access to downtown We chose this apartment because of the high ratings but overall would not recommend it

The room is clean; bed is comfortable. However, when we arrived, the door was locked. We thought the taxi dropped us at wrong place. So we dragged our luggage and walked around to try to find ALOP. The sign is so small. It took us more than 1 hour to get in the building. We did not receive email in advance to do advanced check in so we couldn't get into the room right away. The cleaning lady called the LovelyStay and finally we were able to complete the check in and get the key.

Loved this property, a bit removed from the tourist zones but still easy to access the sites. Fun space that made you feel like a local.

Dette hotellet var fint å bo på. Litt langt til gamlebyen, men gangavstand til Lisbon kongress-senter hvor kurset mitt ble holdt. Litt trøbbel med digital kommunikasjon med hotellet. Bruk WhatsUp. Du får tildelt kode for hoveddør og nøkkelkortboks til rommet når du har betalt turistskatten.

Simple no frills apartment. Team were responsive quickly to any small queries. Not much in the area. Nice little shop that sells coffee and pastries for breakfast. 15 min walk to Centro de Congressos

Excellent apartment for a stay with no frills. A wine bottle at the check in was appreciated. Unfortunately a Wrong WiFi network and password were emailed to me with check in instructions a day before the arrival. Had to call customer service and get the correct network. Space was quiet with a patio view. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Very clean.

We enjoyed the retro vibe of the place that made me feel like i was back in the 70s, Nice size and good location.

Very “quirky “ property. Large open lounge areas on the main floor open , but not sure I could use them. As if they were frozen in time. Room was clean and adequate. Bed very comfortable , AC good. Cleaning staff helpful !!! Bus line and shops close by. neighborhood was a local flavour , no not the downtown tourist scene , which is a plus for me. Walkable down to Jerónimos monastery and museums.

A bit hard to find since the front door is on an angle and signs are small. No daily service for cleaning and making up the room available but the staff was kind enough to provide extra coffee pods. Kind of annoying that there was nobody on site. No where to store luggage, even though there was plenty of space on main floor.

La chambre est correcte, mais des choses à revoir: la douche montre des moisissures et fissures, impossible de passer du mode pluie à la douchette qui ne fonctionne pas, la prise de courant dans la salle de bains est cscéllée, ce qui est très dangereux. Le parquet est très bruyant (on entend aussi celui des voisins). La chambre donne sur la rue et c'est bruyant malgré le double vitrage. Pas de voilage à la fenetre, donc pas d'intimité.
