Pros: - apartment was clean - location was good (bus stop right infront of the building, only a few minutes walk to Lx-factory) Cons: - Communication about the Check-In was not good - we didn’t receive the information in time - after we called they sent us the check-in information via WhatsApp (aswell as the Check-In codes for two other apartments - after talking to some others there - we weren’t apparently not the only ones that happened to) - front door of the building was damaged - so that everyone could enter even without a code - apartment has a glass front and door - so that everyone can look in the lofts (you’ve only got transparent curtains) - bathroom is really small

ideal area, so close to public transport that allows you to get central in no time. accommodation was immaculate and perfect for our weekend break!

The building did not have a lockable front door or a working elevator.. The location is near a hospital and a car dealer and nothing else.

The lofts are a rally nice concept, the room was clean and looked really good. Bathroom was really small, but that was expected for the suite. Great having access to laundry and other amenities. Location is great, easy access to transit, central Lisbon, Belem, and a few minutes ride to the airport. I never knew if I had a two way communication with the host, or it was just automatically generated messages, and never replied my my WhatsApp message to get some clarity. I felt they didn't directly answered my questions regarding luggage and check-in details as I received a few contradictory messages regarding the check in being at a different location than the apartment. At the end it worked really well, but when you are flying international it's a bit stressful when they send you the actual check-in information a few hours before the check-in. Again, overall it was a great stay,

Wir waren zu dritt im Loft. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und stylish. Die Lage ist angenehm zentral, wenn man Alcântara mag. Leider schläft die dritte Person auf einem Sofa, welches neben dem verglasten Eingangsbereich steht. Die Gardine ist komplett lichtdurchlässig und jedesmal, wenn im Hausflur das Licht angeht, war ich wach. Für zwei Personen ok, für drei Personen ist es nicht komfortabel.

We stayed 21 nights and enjoyed the apartment and Lisbon. Transfer of door codes by email at the airport worked well and the shuttle service was excellent. The apartment suited us well - cozy (a bit tight for some N. American standards), well equipped, and functional. Transportation to anywhere in Lisbon and beyond is very close by. The local neighbourhood was interesting, a bit run down in places but also worth exploring due to local ambiance, parks and hangouts frequented by local people. Grocery store is very close by. The apartment staff were friendly and very accommodating. When a small problem occurred 19 days into our stay, it was corrected immediately when we phoned. We will stay here again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS NOT HONEST. WILL TELL YOU TO LEAVE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!! The front gate does not lock. The smell of damp concrete was awful. The bathroom was dirty. The unit has a window in the front and in the back. If you leave the curtain open there is no screen so pedestrians can look right into bedding area. The curtain has to be kept close and even the curtain is too short. So at night the street lights come thru the sides. So I layered pillows to close one side where the pillows are. The front window has no black out blinds, so everytime there is movement the security lights fill the room. There is no key, only a code. The front gate does not lock. So anyone with a code can get in. The shower and toilet is inside a closet. The whole area for both js maybe 66in x 28in. You have to open the closet doors to shower. I am 5'9" 175lbs and to turn around in the shower was a struggle. My wife refused to use it as it was dirty. There are more issues but you get the message. I messaged Carmen the contact. Told her that i was unhappy then she said you can leave. So i stayed one night as meant i could find something else. She gets paid 1 night and get 1 night. Her conversation seemed to follow that understanding. Once i moved out the following day, i approached her for a refund of my second night. She declined. If i can save one person from this ordeal my loss is worth it.

Sometimes communication was difficult but for the majority of the time it was wonderful

PROS - Location - Modern Decor - Comfortable Bed CONS - NO PRIVACY. The front floor to ceiling window of the apartment ONLY have a sheer, transparent curtain; therefore, it lets in ALL of the outside light. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. We had troubles sleeping for our entire stay due to a malfunctioning corridor security light (shining into our apartment), which woke us up at all hours and then, we we woken up early from the morning light. On the other hand, the curtains in the bedroom (facing the street) are fully block-out and LACK a transparent curtain - needed for privacy. We were unable to open the curtain (being street level), thus making the room very dark. - Bathroom: the area is extremely small. No room for changing. No privacy. The shower leaks. The sink is external - not ideal for groups. No countertop space by the sink or to hang a towel. - Misleading description: the apartment which sleeps 4 is suitable for only 3. As the couch is [really only] a single mattress, not a double. - Communication: the communication between the booking agency was poor. After two sleepless nights, I requested that our room be changed or we move to another hotel, my message was unanswered and ignored. - Security: the main entrance door lock was not working. Felt unsafe. - Additionally, the online pictures/information is misleading. There isn’t a mirror or a microwave; as well, there isn’t a hotel safe.

Appartement très propre et confortable mais très sombre et trop petit pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants (seulement 2 chaises et table bien trop petite, impossible de manger à 4). Pas de rideaux occultants dans le sejour et une lumière dans le couloir qui s'allume dès que quelqu'un rentre dans l'immeuble + le bruit du tram avec l'arrêt juste devant, très difficile de dormir dans le lit d'appoint pour enfants dans le sejour. Bien situé, quartier agréable. Bonne surprise de la box petit déjeuner.

Bed and pillows are too soft. Place is clean and well equipped.

The stay was good overall, we were told that the apartment was permanently closed so we got moved to another building. That was a fantastic upgrade and thank you again, the kitchen had enough cups, cutlery, and plates to accommodate 6 people. The only downside was trying to figure out the AC, the owners were very quick to respond and help but we still ended up having to reset the breaker 4-5 times during our stay. We also must say although being beside the tram line was convenient, it was aLao quite loud. Overall tho was absolutely wonderful, in a great location and great response time! Thank you very much
