This property is very quiet and comfortable

This hotel was a clean and convenient place to stay in Lisbon. When we arrived they upgraded our room without asking. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were very good. It was walkable to some shopping areas and the main park in the city. I recommend this place.

Excellent hotel with a staff that is friendly, professional, and helpful. Getting to the hotel from the airport using the metro is very easy. The parking garage will test your driving skills as the path to parking spaces is a bit tight, but we look forward to our next stay at this location.

What a fantastic hotel! The room was spacious and clean and modern. The restaurant offers delicious food for breakfast and dinner. And, the staff are top notch, friendly and efficient. Thank you for everything. We will definitely stay here again.

The staff at The Lumen Hotel were fantastic- so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. The only issue we had was that the pool was closed during our stay. This was extremely disappointing as there was no mention of the closure dates until after our booking was made. This was one of the reasons we had chosen this hotel for the rooftop pool.

Um hotel cujo esmero começa na escolha dos materiais empregados na sua construção. É muito impressionante a preocupação com o conforto acústico dos hóspedes. Vidros extremamente grossos, carpete espesso, revestimento nas paredes e na porta do quarto (que parece a de um cofre de banco), garantem ao hóspede a experiência semelhante a de estar num studio de gravação. Parece que vc é o único hóspede do hotel. O quarto é espaçoso (fiquei no 103), a cama gostosa, com roupas novas e de qualidade. O chuveiro é gigante, com água quente em abundância. O atendimento é muito gentil, desde os carregadores de bagagem (Felipe e Luiz), que se preocupam inclusive de te dar dicas de locais para compras ou comidas que devem ser provadas, até os garçons que nos atenderam no café da manhã. Aliás, o café da manhã merecia uma avaliação só pra ele. Completíssimo, delicioso e com tudo de mais alta qualidade. A academia não é grande, mas atende razoavelmente bem com uma estação, remo, elíptico, esteira, alteres Conta também com mimos dignos de nota (maçãs verde e vermelha, água em garrafa de vidro, toalhas…). Saímos para passear logo depois de nos hospedar e quando voltamos fomos surpreendidos com um pratinho de doces (pastel de Belém e outras gostosuras) e suco de maçã, que nos aguardava no quarto. Às 22h mais uma supresa agradável; no pátio exibem um show de imagens e músicas que são projetadas nas paredes internas por canhões instalados no topo do prédio. Enfim, um hotel para voltar e recomendar.

We stayed in this hotel for a week and loved every bit of it. Their service is exceptional, very responsive, quick. They offer welcome snacks upon arrival, the water was free and even the coffee, as we ordered it everyday, we’ve travelled all around Europe and that was rare. The location is very close to the attractions however, there might be some attractions where you would have to take uber/ train etc. If we visited Portugal again I would stay here again no questions asked.

Unser Aufenthalt im Lumen Hotel war einfach spitze! Das Personal war vom ersten Moment an super freundlich und aufmerksam, der Service ist top und die Zimmer sehr, sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt nahezu keine Wünsche offen. Beim nächsten Trip nach Lisboa werden wir wieder im Lumen Hotel übernachten.

We stayed at the Lumen Hotel in Lisbon for five nights and had a fantastic experience. Breakfast was delicious with tons of variety. The location is great—walkable, in a nice area, and cabs to the center are easy. Service was honestly top-notch; super clean and the staff were all really professional. The amenities are solid too. The rooftop is a cool spot, and if you’re on the sixth floor, the executive lounge is perfect for working or just chilling. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and there are plenty of spaces to relax or get stuff done. The evening light show was such a nice touch—we ended up watching it three times. The whole design of the hotel is thoughtful, nature-inspired, and clearly focused on sustainability. Also, great shower pressure, which is always a win. If I had to nitpick, a sauna would’ve been a nice bonus—but overall, it was a genuinely great stay.

this hotel is absolutely incredible the staff are amazing and it is very close to many shops and bars i would recommend this hotel to anyone and i will definitely be back ❤️
