Salitre by Lisbon Inside Out

Everything was nice and clean, the staff members are very polite friendly and professional, the property is in very good condition and in a very convenient location. this place would be my first choice in any future trip to Lisbon.

The convenience to my husband's dental meeting at the Altis hotel on the next block and to the Alfama area was exceptional. Tomas, our property manager, was amazing in his response time and was so helpful during our stay. I would highly recommend the apartments! (We were lucky to get a parking spot in front of the building..approx €10 from 9am to 7pm. Free after 7pm. No maximum number of times to pay and stay like some cities. Thank you for a great stay!!

Nice place, cosy and clean, not too central but well connected and quiet at night. Negative: not much light in the flat and one of the few bulbs was broken.

Poor management experience, NO CLEANING AT ALL.... WE ARE BEEN LEFT INSIDE THE APARTMENT FOR 4 LONG DAYS WITHOUT NEITHER THE PLASTIC BAGS FOR THE GARBAGE and NEITHER WITH SOAP TO CLEAN DIAHES OR FOR THE DISHWASHER. The safe didn't work and I had my documents locked in with my keys and other things, so I tried for over 30 hours to call Beatrice that was the person that open the door the first day and collected all the money, and NOBOFMDYVASSISTED ME AND NEITHER ANSWERED MY NEEDS AND FIX THE SAFE FOR OVER A DAY. THIS IS NOT ACCETTABLE WHEN YOU HAD TO PAY OVER 100 euro per night.... THE SHERATON AND MARIOTT PROPERTIES could cost me less if I knew all those issues ND I had a 5 star service with daily cleaning and immediate HELP BY THEIR FRONT DESK. I paid over 50 euro to buy cleaning products for the apartment....the management refused to me to bring me anything even to disinfect my washroom and as EVERYBODY KNOWS, AT LAST THE BATHROOM NEEDS TO VE CLEAN 2 TIMES A DAY. WHAT A HELL OF STAY IS BEEN. NO COMMUNICATION OR HELP AT ALL, THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS even if you had to use your INTERNAZIONAL PHONE NUMBER. LEFT ALONE FOR ALL OUR STAY AND KICKED OUT AT 11:05 AM cause THEY NEED NANDATORY TO CLEAN THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT CUSTOMER.... A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.... LOST OVER 380 EURO FOR JUST SLEEPING CAUSE CANNOT USE THE KITCHEN after the first night cause I had a nice dinner with my partner and the kitchen was very dirty and cannot clean with ANYTHING. PLEASE GUYS, READ MY REVIEW

Leider war in unserem Zimmer eine Schlafcouch und kein Bett :-( Die "Matratze" war unterdurchschnittlich, so dass wir ab Tag 2 nicht mehr gut geschlafen haben. Ansonsten eine superschöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal.

Great location and well equipped. Check-in very straight forward. Walking distance to all attractions - small supermarket just around the corner. Highly recommended - good value. Fast wifi and fairly sound proof from street noise. Would stay again

The apartment was very nice, light, suitable for 1-2 person/-s. Everything needed in the kichen was there. Close to a small supermarket. The bathroom modern and clean. I would consider staying there if I need going back to Lisbon. It is only the service from a male employee the last fat that I am not happy with.

Nice clean studio, very well equipped. Felt extremely safe and location was great - walking distance of busy areas of Bairro Alto and Chiado but nice and quiet at night. Price was extremely reasonable in a city experiencing a tourism boom. Duarte at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Super clean and nice decoration. Cool details and spacious apartment! Walking distance to Principe Real! Lovely staff :)
