Great location and excellent staff! Paid for a breakfast option but didn’t realize I have an early morning flight. Staff ensured to give me a lunchbox to-go upon check out. Appreciate it very much.

The location was perfect for downtown, staff was really nice and helpful. My room was clean. Would stay again.

The location is great! But that's about it. We booked on short notice after a booking somewhere else fell through.
We reserved a private quadruple room with a bathroom. The shower had visible mold in all corners. The beds were fine.
I enquired about towels before arriving and was told they're included in our booking. On check in they told me i need to pay for them but after some discussion and showing them the message, the gave me towels. On the third day i asked for fresh towels but again they insisted i pay for them.
Overall, it's fine for a hostel, but considering how much we payed here, its poor value for money

Struttura molto comoda perché situata in pieno centro di Lisbona. Noi viaggio di famiglia abbiamo girato esclusivamente a piedi. Ritengo la struttura molto adatta ai giovani per socializzare, nei luoghi in comune di possono trovare giochi di società e distributori di sneak e bevande. Oltre alla colazione disponibile in loco dove si può fare amicizia. Per chi preferisce ci sono diversi locali a pochi passi dall'hotel dove si trovano diverse prelibatezze locali. Locali puliti e insonorizzati. Ritengo il punto di forza dell'hotel la posizione centrale. Lo consiglio sicuramente

Hatte das Doppelzimmer, war modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und qualitativ besser als in so manchen 4*-Hotel, das ich in der Vergangenheit besucht hatte – das bei einem Hostel. Natürlich simpel eingerichtet, aber für meine Ansprüche (Backpacking) mehr als genug. Sogar einen Fön gab es, das ist nicht Standard für Hostels. Lage ist natürlich sowieso super und die beiden brasilianischen Herren an der Rezeption waren überaus freundlich!
Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, weil ich auswärts gefrühstückt habe.

The location was great. Everybody was friendly and rooms are spacious and new.
The only thing : The ventilation in bathroom (room 203) was not enough. There are some black molds in the shower. It was not an issue for me. They should use bleach to remove them.

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 어디든 이동하기 좋고, 주변에 맛있는 레스토랑과 카페가 많았습지댜. 4인실이어서 소음이 있고 덜 청결하지만 이것은 숙소의 문제는 아닙니다.
머무는 동안 쾌적하게 편하게 지냈고, 체크아웃 후에 비가 많이 내려 잠시 머물 수 있는지 물어봤는데 흔쾌히 허락해줘서 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다.

Location was amazing. 2min walk to a metro station. 10-15min walk to most Lisbon downtown attractions. 5min walk to the train station. Lots of restaurants within 7min walk.
The place was really modern looking, very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They suggested places to eat and directions to get to places. The room was also modern and clean. I really like the concept of having the curtain on your bunk bed. It gives you some privacy and helps to sleep when people come in at different times and turn on the lights.
One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. So glad I’m staying at the central house in Madrid and Barcelona too. At least I know it’ll be a good place!
